Panama station is a Réseau express métropolitain (REM) station in the city of Brossard, Quebec, Canada. It is operated by CDPQ Infra and serves as a station on the South Shore branch of the REM. The station opened on 31 July 2023.The station replaced the Panama bus terminus and functions as a large transit hub for the cities of Longueuil and Brossard. This station is equipped with a bus terminal as well as a 304-space parking lot.

The South Shore (French: Rive-Sud) is the general term for the suburbs of Montreal, Quebec located on the southern shore of the Saint Lawrence River opposite the Island of Montreal. The South Shore is located within the Quebec administrative region of Montérégie. The largest city on the South Shore area is Longueuil.

The Champlain Mall (French: Mail Champlain) is a shopping mall located in Brossard, Quebec, Canada at the intersection of Taschereau Boulevard and Lapinière Boulevard. Champlain Mall is named in honour of Samuel de Champlain but references the Champlain Bridge that was built 13 years prior to the mall's opening. Champlain Mall is strategically located in Brossard: on the South Shore's longest commercial artery Taschereau Boulevard (Quebec Route 134), near Autoroute 10 and adjacent to Terminus Brossard-Panama. Thus, the mall attracts about 6.4 million visitors every year.

Saint-Jacques River is a river in southwestern Quebec, Canada that drains the Saint Lawrence Lowlands. It flows in a general south to north direction, from the area around Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur (in Les Jardins-de-Napierville) to its mouth in the Saint Lawrence River, at the border between the cities of Brossard and La Prairie.

Brossard (, French: [bʁɔsaʁ], locally [bʁɔsɑːʁ, bʁɔsɑɔ̯ʁ]) is a municipality in the Montérégie region of Quebec, Canada and is part of the Greater Montreal area. According to the 2021 census, Brossard's population was 91,525. It shares powers with the urban agglomeration of Longueuil and was a borough of the municipality of Longueuil from 2002 to 2006. According to the website of the city of Brossard, the municipality was named in honour of the Brossard family (the surname derives from a word meaning "brushwood"), a prominent settler family of the area whose presence was first attested in 1766. A member of this family, Georges-Henri Brossard, had been mayor of the predecessor parish municipality of La Prairie-de-la-Madeleine since 1944 and became the first mayor of Brossard. Other names that were considered included Maisonneuve (which was also considered as a possible name for the Champlain Bridge), La Vérendrye, Marquetteville, or Forgetville. The latter name, in honour of the recently deceased Mgr. Anastase Forget, bishop of Saint-Jean; however, Premier Maurice Duplessis intervened, to avoid the connotations of the English word "forget," and the name Brossard was ultimately chosen.

Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Cœur (also known as Notre-Dame) was a small municipality in southwestern Quebec, Canada, three kilometers (2 miles) from the southern shore of the Saint Lawrence River. It was a suburb of Montreal until it was annexed to the city of Brossard in 1978. The boundaries of Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur were fairly simple as the municipality had the exact shape of a rectangle. Today, its former location corresponds to the western part of the A section of Brossard; which is bordered by Alain street to the northwest, Grande-Allée Boulevard to the northeast, Baillargeon street to the southeast and Lapinière Boulevard to the southwest.

Greenfield Park Primary International School (French: École internationale primaire de Greenfield Park) is an elementary school located in Greenfield Park, Quebec, Canada. It is a bilingual institution operated by the Riverside School Board and the Commission Scolaire Marie-Victorin. The school has been certified by the International Baccalaureate Organization since 2002.The building itself, located on Campbell street in Greenfield Park used to be called Jubilee since its opening in 1957 until its closure in June 1998. The school re-opened in September 1998 as the "International School", under the Commission Scolaire Marie Victorin.

Champlain was a former regional county municipality and census division in the Canadian province of Quebec. It ceased to exist when it amalgamated into the expanded city of Longueuil on January 1, 2002. It was the smallest in area and most populous regional county municipality.

Brossard-Chevrier Park and Ride is an Exo public transit (Exo) bus terminal with an incentive parking lot located in Brossard, Quebec, Canada. It is served by bus 90 of the Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) and is located at 4700 rue Lapinière in the C section of Brossard at the crossing of rue Lapinière and the CN railway tracks. It connects to Autoroute 10 nearby via a reserved bus lane accessed through a tunnel. Park-n-Ride service began on September 8, 1998. It has 1974 free parking spaces, 15 bike racks and 24 reserved handicapped parking spaces. Until April 7, 2008 service was restricted to Monday-Friday until 22:30. As of April 7, 2008 service has been extended to 01:00 and weekends. It can be accessed via exit 9 or 11 from Autoroute 10 and exit 10 from Autoroute 30.

Fort Laprairie was constructed in 1687, and served as a military fort in New France until 1713. The fort was attacked by Major Peter Schuyler on August 11, 1691, but resisted to the invaders. The British and Dutch colonists were commanded by Major Pieter Schuyler. The site where the fort had once stood was designated as a National Historic Site of Canada in 1921. It is now a residential area and park (Place La Mennais) located on rue Émile-Gamelin. A cairn for second battle is located at Chemin de la Bataille Nord and Chemin de Saint Jean

École secondaire participative l'Agora is a public French-language alternative secondary school in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada. Its address is 482 Springfield Street in the borough of Greenfield Park. It offers concentrations in Drama, Cinema and Popular music.

Collège Jean de la Mennais is a French private mixed secondary school on the South Shore of Montreal, Québec, Canada at 870 Chemin de Saint-Jean in the municipality of La Prairie. As of 2007, the school had about 1750 elementary and high school students. Collège Jean de la Mennais was once directed by religious brothers, although today it is directed by a secular administration. The faculty is mixed between secular and religious personnel. On the school grounds there is a private cemetery which holds the graves of brothers connected to the school.
