The Wild Wadi Water Park is an outdoor water park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Situated in the area of Jumeirah, next to the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the water park is operated by Jumeirah International, a Dubai-based hotelier. Wild Wadi has a heated/cooled wave pool, multiple water slides and two artificial surfing machines. The park once had the largest water slide outside of North America, but it has since been removed to make space for two other rides. Another feature of the park is an 18 m (59 ft) waterfall that goes off every ten minutes. The water park also has two gift shops, three restaurants and two snack stands. It was featured in The Amazing Race 5 and The Amazing Race Asia 1, in which teams had to slide down a 21 m (69 ft) drop. It was later featured in The Amazing Race Australia 2, but instead, the teams had to ride the Surf Machine and use boogie boards to surf their way to the end where they got their next clue.

Jumeirah Beach Hotel is a luxury hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hotel, which opened in 1997, is operated by the Dubai-based hotelier Jumeirah. The hotel contains 598 rooms and suites, 19 beachfront villas, and 20 restaurants and bars. This wave-shaped hotel complements the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab, which is adjacent to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Madinat Jumeirah the Arabian Resort - Dubai is a 5 star resort in Dubai. It is the largest resort in the Emirate, spreading across over 40 hectares of landscapes and gardens. It is designed to resemble a traditional Arabian town. The resort comprises three boutique hotels (Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina A'Salam, and Jumeirah Al Naseem) and a courtyard of 29 summer houses called Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. Umm Al Sheif (Arabic: ام الشيف) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Umm Al Sheif is a small, residential locality in western Dubai. It is bordered to the north by Umm Suqeim, the northeast by Al Manara, the south by Al Barsha and Al Quoz and the west by Al Sufouh. It is bounded to the north by route D 92 (Al Wasl Road) and to the south by route E 11 (Sheikh Zayed Road). A local road (Al Thaniya Road) separates Umm Al Sheif from Al Manara. Umm Al Sheif is a developing, affluent residential community with villas and town houses. The local road system primarily conforms to the grid plan, however, residential communities are divided typically into lots. Even-numbered roads run northeast–southwest, while odd-numbered roads sun northwest–southeast. The Emirates International School is located in Umm Al Sheif.

Al Sufouh (Arabic: الصفوح) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in western Dubai, Al Sufouh contains many new real estate developments and is home to several free economic clusters such as Dubai Knowledge Village and Dubai Internet City. Al Sufouh lies along Dubai's Persian Gulf coast and comprises two sub-communities: Al Sufouh 1 begins at the intersection of routes D 63 (Umm Saqeem Street) and D 94 (Al Sufouh Road) near Madinat Jumeirah. Dubai Police Academy, Wellington School and Mina A'Salam are located in Al Sufouh 1. Al Sufouh 2 is located south of Palm Jumeirah. Several free zone economic clusters such as Dubai Internet City, Dubai Knowledge Village and Dubai Media City are located in Al Sufouh 2. Additionally, the area houses Dubai College, the International School of Choueifat, the American University of Dubai and Hard Rock Cafe, Dubai. The Dubai portion of the soon to be developed Logo Island will be part of the Al Sufouh 2 locality.The Palm Jumeirah lies to the north of Al Sufouh. It is bounded to the south by Emirates Hills and Al Barsha. In September 2016, H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai, ordered that Al Sufouh Street, a major street in the district, be renamed King Salman Street after King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia.

Mall of the Emirates metro station Arabic: مول الإمارات is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE. The station opened on 9 September 2009. It is connected directly to the Mall of the Emirates by an enclosed overhead walkway.

Equiti (Arabic: اكويتي; formerly First Gulf Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank and, Umm Al Sheif) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving Al Quoz and surrounding areas. The station is named after the nearby Umm Al Sheif locality. The station opened as part of the Red Line on 15 October 2010. Former names include "First Gulf Bank" and then "First Abu Dhabi Bank" on September 21, 2017, before it was renamed as "Umm Al Sheif" in November 24, 2020. Most recently it has been renamed "Equiti" on 18 April 2022, after the Equiti Group, for a period of ten years until 2032.Equiti station is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road near the major junction with Umm Suqeim Street. Nearby is the Gold and Diamond Park, immediately adjacent to the station, including the Old Library building. As well as Al Quoz, surrounding neighbourhoods include the eponymous Umm Al Sheif itself and Umm Suqeim. The station is close to a number of bus routes.

Mall of the Emirates (Arabic: مول الإمارات) is a shopping mall in Dubai. Developed and owned by Majid Al Futtaim Group, it opened in November 2005 and is located at interchange four on Sheikh Zayed Road. The multi-level shopping mall currently features more than 630 retail outlets, 7900 parking spaces, over 100 restaurants and cafés, 80 luxury stores and 250 flagship stores. It has a total gross leasable area of 255,489 square meters. It also hosts family leisure activities including Ski Dubai (the Middle East's first indoor ski resort and snow park), the 500-seat capacity Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Centre and Magic planet, one of the largest indoor family entertainment centers in Dubai.In November 2005, it was named the World's Leading New Shopping Mall at the World Travel Awards in London. In 2017, Forbes named Mall of the Emirates as one of the top five shopping malls in Dubai.

Al Manara (Arabic: المنارة) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in western Dubai, Al Manara is bordered to the north by Umm Suqeim, the east and south by Al Quoz and the west by Umm Al Sheif. Al Manara, literally meaning The Beacon, is a developing residential community and houses many affluent villas and town housees. The locality is bounded to the southeast by route E 11 (Sheikh Zayed Road). Interchange No. 3 on Sheikh Zayed Road (also known as Al Manara Interchange) forms the southeasternmost section of the locality. Al Manara is separated from Umm Al Sheif by a local road (Al Thaniya Road).
