Al Sufouh (Arabic: الصفوح) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in western Dubai, Al Sufouh contains many new real estate developments and is home to several free economic clusters such as Dubai Knowledge Village and Dubai Internet City. Al Sufouh lies along Dubai's Persian Gulf coast and comprises two sub-communities: Al Sufouh 1 begins at the intersection of routes D 63 (Umm Saqeem Street) and D 94 (Al Sufouh Road) near Madinat Jumeirah. Dubai Police Academy, Wellington School and Mina A'Salam are located in Al Sufouh 1. Al Sufouh 2 is located south of Palm Jumeirah. Several free zone economic clusters such as Dubai Internet City, Dubai Knowledge Village and Dubai Media City are located in Al Sufouh 2. Additionally, the area houses Dubai College, the International School of Choueifat, the American University of Dubai and Hard Rock Cafe, Dubai. The Dubai portion of the soon to be developed Logo Island will be part of the Al Sufouh 2 locality.The Palm Jumeirah lies to the north of Al Sufouh. It is bounded to the south by Emirates Hills and Al Barsha. In September 2016, H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai, ordered that Al Sufouh Street, a major street in the district, be renamed King Salman Street after King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia.

Mashreq (formerly Sharaf DG until 2020) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE. | It is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, serving the areas of Al Barsha and Al Sufouh.

Al Sufouh Archaeological Site at Al Sufouh in Dubai is owned and managed by Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, and consists of extensive but scattered areas of ancient occupation by a population known as the Magan. The site is distinguished by heavy concentrations of burnt ash, shell, pottery and bones on its surface. The archaeological excavation conducted at the site between 1994 and 1995 revealed an Umm Al-Nar type circular tomb dating between 2500 and 2000 B.C. The tomb is circular, 6.5 m in diameter and constructed of unworked stone blocks faced with a single outer ring wall of well-masoned ashlars. Entry to the tomb is through two doorways on opposite points of the ring wall on a NE/SW alignment. Double access was necessary as the internal NW/SE dividing wall allowed no communication between the two halves of the tomb. Each half of the tomb was divided into three chambers. The closest structural analogs to Al-Sufouh are found at Hili Archaeological Park in the Al Ain oasis, and at Umm Al-Nar Island.Individual interments were found in flexed position with various grave goods, including ceramic vessels of Umm Al-Nar type, bronze weaponry, and large quantities of beads.

Al Barsha (Arabic: البرشاء) is a collection of sub-communities in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Barsha is one of the newer residential developments, and is located in west Dubai, south of Al Sufouh. Al Barsha is bounded by E 11 (Sheikh Zayed Road) and E 311 (Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road).

Dubai Internet City (Arabic: مدينة دبي للانترنت) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving Barsha Heights and surrounding areas. The station is named after the nearby Dubai Internet City (DIC). The station opened as part of the Red Line on 30 April 2010. It is close to the major junction with Hessa Street on the Sheikh Zayed Road. Nearby are the American School of Dubai, Dubai American Academy, and the International School of Choueifat. As well as Barsha Heights, surrounding neighbourhoods included Al Sufouh, the eponymous Dubai Internet City itself, Dubai Knowledge Park, Al Hawaii Residence, and Flamingo Villas. The station is close to a number of bus routes. The Palm Jumeirah Monorail serving Palm Jumeirah is close to the station and there are plans to link this to the Red Line.

The History of Cinema Museum (formerly the Dubai Moving Image Museum) is a museum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.The museum has a permanent exhibition focusing on prehistory of cinema. It was inaugurated by Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, on January 14, 2014. The museum showcases Akram Miknas's collection, on collaboration with Pierre Patau. The History of Cinema Museum covers the development and the evolution of visual entertainment through a collection of more than 300 antique items such as early animation devices (praxinoscope, zoetrope, mutoscope, etc.).

The Al Salam Tecom Tower is a 47-floor tower in the Dubai Media City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 195 m (640 ft). Construction of the Al Salam Tecom Tower was completed in 2008. On 14 May 2008, a fire broke out on the 47th floor of Al Salam Tecom Tower. There were no reported injuries. The roof of the building is shaped on an angle where it would draw a straight line to Mecca if extended. This rooftop quirk is copied on the NBAD Tower nearby.

Mall of the Emirates (Arabic: مول الإمارات) is a shopping mall in Dubai. Developed and owned by Majid Al Futtaim Group, it opened in November 2005 and is located at interchange four on Sheikh Zayed Road. The multi-level shopping mall currently features more than 630 retail outlets, 7900 parking spaces, over 100 restaurants and cafés, 80 luxury stores and 250 flagship stores. It has a total gross leasable area of 255,489 square meters. It also hosts family leisure activities including Ski Dubai (the Middle East's first indoor ski resort and snow park), the 500-seat capacity Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Centre and Magic planet, one of the largest indoor family entertainment centers in Dubai.In November 2005, it was named the World's Leading New Shopping Mall at the World Travel Awards in London. In 2017, Forbes named Mall of the Emirates as one of the top five shopping malls in Dubai.

The Abu Dhabi University–Dubai (ADU Dubai) (Arabic: جامعة أبوظبي – فرع دبي) is a branch campus of the Abu Dhabi University in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2017 by the university's chairman Ali Saeed al-Dhaheri, it is one of three satellite campuses of the university in the country and the first campus established outside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The Business Central Towers form a complex of two 51-floor towers in Dubai Media City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Both towers have an equal total structural height of 265 meters (869 ft) and resemble New York City's Chrysler Building. Both towers were topped out in November 2007 and were completed in early 2008. Originally named the Al Kazim Tower Towers, the towers were renamed as the Business Central Towers, a more friendly name for all foreign companies in both buildings.

Mall of the Emirates metro station Arabic: مول الإمارات is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE. The station opened on 9 September 2009. It is connected directly to the Mall of the Emirates by an enclosed overhead walkway.

Islamic Azad University, UAE Branch (Persian: دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد امارات متحده) also shortly known as Azad University of Dubai (Persian: دانشگاه آزاد دبی) is a major private research university located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and was founded in 1982. It is one of the International campuses of the Islamic Azad University system. Azad University of Dubai is an English language higher education institution of the university system.Also the UAE Branch has achieved and managed to host the ASAIHL International Summit for 2017 in Dubai.During the 34 years since the establishment of this university branch in Dubai, 4 million students have been graduated in various study fields.
