The Township of Langley is a district municipality immediately east of the City of Surrey in southwestern British Columbia, Canada. It extends south from the Fraser River to the Canada–United States border, and west of the City of Abbotsford. Langley Township is not to be confused with the City of Langley, which is adjacent to the township but politically is a separate entity. Langley is located in the eastern part of Metro Vancouver.

The Associated Canadian Theological Schools (ACTS Seminaries) is an interdenominational consortium of evangelical Christian seminaries in Canada, embedded as a graduate schools of theology within Trinity Western University. Together, the consortium jointly grants master's and doctoral degrees in biblical studies, theology, ministry, linguistics, chaplaincy and marriage and family therapy. ACTS Seminaries is an accredited member of the Association of Theological Schools.

Trinity Western University (TWU) is a private Christian liberal arts university with campuses in both Langley and Richmond, British Columbia. The school is a member of Universities Canada. TWU was established in 1962 and enrolls approximately 4,000 students with a suburban-rural 157-acre (64 ha) campus in Langley. Trinity Western is Canada's largest privately funded Christian university with a broad-based liberal arts, sciences, and professional studies curriculum, offering 45 undergraduate majors and 17 graduate and post-graduate programs. In the classroom, TWU has 16:1 student-faculty ratio, average first-year class size of 37, and overall average class size of 15.Trinity Western is a member of the Royal Society of Canada. Catholic Pacific College (formerly Redeemer Pacific College) is a private Catholic post-secondary institution in Langley, British Columbia, which is located on the west coast of Canada. It is endorsed by the Cardinal Newman Society in The Newman Guide to Choosing a Catholic College. It was founded in 1999 as Redeemer Pacific College, and changed its name to Catholic Pacific College in 2015.CPC is a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency.

The Canadian Museum of Flight (formally the Canadian Museum of Flight Association since 1998) is an aviation museum at the Langley Regional Airport in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. The museum has over 25 civilian and military jets, piston driven engine aircraft, gliders, and helicopters on display, six of which have been restored to flying condition. Other displays include an aviation art gallery and aviation artifacts.

The Fraser Lowland is a landform and physiographic region in the Pacific Northwest of North America, shared between the Canadian province of British Columbia and the U.S. state of Washington. The region includes much of the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia, and the coastal plains of Washington's Whatcom County. As a physiographic region, the Fraser Lowland is part of the Georgia Depression, which in turn is part of the Coastal Trough.The eponymous Fraser River in the Lowland's north and the lower basins of its tributaries (mainly the Pitt River, Coquitlam River and Vedder/Chilliwack Rivers), as well as the entire catchment of the oppositely flowing Sumas River, are the Lowland's primary river system. However, the region also includes the lower Nooksack River basin ("Nooksack Lowland") south of the Canada–US border, which belongs to a completely separate river system arising from the southeast in the namesaked valleys around the North Cascades' Mount Shuksan, Baker and Twin Sisters. Overall, the Fraser Lowland encompasses all the fertile low-lying fluvial plains between and around the Fraser and Nooksack rivers, including the Sumas Prairie, the Burrard Peninsula, and sometimes also the North Shore lowlands around the Burrard Inlet. The American pene-exclave of Point Roberts lies to the region's west, at the southern end of the Tsawwassen peninsula.

Milner is a rural village (small town) and locality in the Township of Langley in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Canada. It is located along the British Columbia Electric Railway line (now the Southern Railway of B.C. northeast of the City of Langley and just southwest of Fort Langley.Local businesses include Milner Downs Equestrian Center, Milner Village Garden Centre, Milner Feed and Pet Supply Ltd., and Milner Valley Cheese.

Langley Education Centre (LEC) is a public high school in Langley, British Columbia, part of School District 35 Langley. LEC offers secondary school (Gr. 10–12) options for teens and adults to continue and complete a secondary education or upgrade their courses. The courses are offered one of two ways: Structured, semester and blended classes meeting once or twice a week in either the morning, afternoon or evening for two to three hour periods, providing flexibility for students as to when they attend. Registration happens at the beginning of each semester in August/September, and January/February. On-site and Online Directed Learning classes (Langley Online and Distributed Learning) that allow continuous intake throughout the year and allows students to work at their own pace. Students can either attend their tutorial session once a week to work with their teacher, or complete courses online, working in a web-based environment.
