Trinity Western University

The Associated Canadian Theological Schools (ACTS Seminaries) is an interdenominational consortium of evangelical Christian seminaries in Canada, embedded as a graduate schools of theology within Trinity Western University. Together, the consortium jointly grants master's and doctoral degrees in biblical studies, theology, ministry, linguistics, chaplaincy and marriage and family therapy. ACTS Seminaries is an accredited member of the Association of Theological Schools.

Catholic Pacific College (formerly Redeemer Pacific College) is a private Catholic post-secondary institution in Langley, British Columbia, which is located on the west coast of Canada. It is endorsed by the Cardinal Newman Society in The Newman Guide to Choosing a Catholic College. It was founded in 1999 as Redeemer Pacific College, and changed its name to Catholic Pacific College in 2015.CPC is a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Milner is a rural village (small town) and locality in the Township of Langley in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Canada. The Bedford Channel is a small side channel of the Fraser River near the north end of the Township of Langley, on the south side of McMillan Island. The pair of islands—Brae Island and McMillan Island that protect the riverfront of Fort Langley, British Columbia are reached by the bridge that crosses the Bedford Channel on the way to the now-closed Albion Ferry terminal and the main reserve community of the Kwantlen First Nation on McMillan Island. The Bedford name has been used in the name of a new housing development in the town of Fort Langley.

It is the home of Fort Langley National Historic Site, a former fur trade post of the Hudson's Bay Company. Lying on the Fraser River, Fort Langley is at the northern edge of the Township of Langley.

Kwantlen First Nation (Halkomelem: qʼʷa:n̓ƛʼən̓) is a First Nations band government in British Columbia, Canada, located primarily on McMillan Island near Fort Langley. The Kwantlen people traditionally speak hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓, the Downriver dialect of Halkomelem, one of the Salishan family of languages. The Kwantlen are a Stó:lō people (an ethnicity which includes the nearby Katzie and Kwikwetlem First Nations among many others throughout British Columbia's Lower Mainland region), though as of June 2018, Kwantlen withdrew from the Sto:lo Tribal Council and currently operates as an independent Nation.

The Salmon River is a small river in the Township of Langley in the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia, Canada, flowing northwest then northeast to enter Bedford Channel, which separates McMillan Island from Fort Langley, which is just southwest.The river is one of the only fish stock sustaining streams remaining in the Metro Vancouver area.

The Township of Langley is a district municipality immediately east of the City of Surrey in southwestern British Columbia, Canada. It extends south from the Fraser River to the Canada–United States border, and west of the City of Abbotsford. Langley Township is not to be confused with the City of Langley, which is adjacent to the township but politically is a separate entity. Langley is located in the eastern part of Metro Vancouver.

Fort Langley National Historic Site, commonly shortened to Fort Langley, is a former fur trading post of the Hudson's Bay Company in the community of Fort Langley of Langley, British Columbia, Canada. The national historic site sits above the banks of the Bedford Channel across McMillan Island. The national historic site contains a visitor centre and a largely reconstructed trading post that contains ten structures surrounded by wooden palisades. Fort Langley was initially established in 1827 in present-day Derby. The fort's operations were later relocated to present-day Langley with the new fort completed in 1839. However, the new fort would be rebuilt in the following year, after a fire ravaged the trading post. The fort continued to see use by the Hudson's Bay Company until 1886, when the company ceased to operate the site as a trading post. By the 1920s, only one building remained at the site, the fort's storehouse. The site was later acquired by the Government of Canada in 1923 and designated as a National Historic Site of Canada. The historic site operates as a learning resource for the North American fur trade in the 19th century, with the fort's storehouse having been reopened as a museum in 1931. The fort's other structures and palisades were reconstructed by Parks Canada in the latter half of the 20th century.

Langley Secondary is a public high school in Langley, British Columbia part of School District 35 Langley. It is the oldest secondary school in the Langley School District, having been opened in 1949. Langley Secondary offers programs for students in Grade 9 to 12 and has strong traditions in academics, fine arts and athletics. Langley Secondary has one partner school, the HD Stafford Middle School (grades 6, 7 and 8). Langley Secondary has over 1000 students and 80 staff members. In addition to regular provincially prescribed curriculum leading to graduation, the school has academic programs including AVID and Advanced Placement. The school offers a Fine Arts Intensive Program, sports academies, an alternate academic program (Focus), and BCIT's Piping and Plumbing Program which provides post secondary credit to high school students. In addition to two gymnasiums, a combatant's room and a equipped weight room, the athletics program has access to adjacent fields, a stadium, a track and a lacrosse box.

Langley Education Centre (LEC) is a public high school in Langley, British Columbia, part of School District 35 Langley. LEC offers secondary school (Gr. 10–12) options for teens and adults to continue and complete a secondary education or upgrade their courses. The courses are offered one of two ways: Structured, semester and blended classes meeting once or twice a week in either the morning, afternoon or evening for two to three hour periods, providing flexibility for students as to when they attend. Registration happens at the beginning of each semester in August/September, and January/February. On-site and Online Directed Learning classes (Langley Online and Distributed Learning) that allow continuous intake throughout the year and allows students to work at their own pace. Students can either attend their tutorial session once a week to work with their teacher, or complete courses online, working in a web-based environment.
