Beit Elazari (Hebrew: בֵּית אֶלְעָזָרִי, lit. House of Elazari; Arabic: بيت إلعزاري) is a moshav in central Israel. Located three miles south of the city of Rehovot, it falls under the jurisdiction of Brenner Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 1,568.

Shahma (Arabic: شحمة) was a Palestinian Arab village located 15 kilometers (9.3 mi) southwest of Ramla. Depopulated on the eve of the 1948 Arab-Israeli war, the village lands today form part of a fenced-in area used by the Israeli Air Force.

Aqir, also spelt Akir and Akkur, was a Palestinian Arab village in the Ramle Subdistrict, located 9 km southwest of Ramla and 1 km north of Wadi al-Nasufiyya (today called Nahal Ekron). It was depopulated and demolished and replaced by Kiryat Ekron.

Route 411 (Hebrew: כביש 411), is the designation of a regional route in the Shephelah region in Israel running southeasterly consolidating previous local roads and new construction. The western section begins at Highway 42 near Kfar Gevirol in western Rehovot and continues just past Route 410. The central section, completed in June 2014, continues to the entrance of Kvutzat Shiller. The eastern section begins just short of Highway 40 south of Rehovot and terminates at Highway 3 towards Jerusalem, bypassing the towns of Kiryat Ekron and Mazkeret Batya.

Kiryat Ekron or Qiryath Eqron (Hebrew: קִרְיַת עֶקְרוֹן) is a town located on the coastal plain in the Central District of Israel. Located immediately south of the city of Rehovot on Highway 411 next to the Bilu Junction, in 2019 it had a population of 11,001.

Mazkeret Batya (Hebrew: מַזְכֶּרֶת בַּתְיָה) (lit. "Batya Memorial") is a local council in central Israel located southeast of Rehovot and 25 kilometres (16 mi) from Tel-Aviv. Mazkeret Batya spans an area of 7,440 dunams (7 km²). In 2019 it had a population of 14,837. The mayor of Mazkeret Batya is Gaby Gaon.

Ganei Yohanan (Hebrew: גַּנֵּי יוֹחָנָן) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah near Rehovot, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gezer Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 621.

Brenner Regional Council (Hebrew: מועצה אזורית ברנר, Mo'atza Azorit Brenner; Arabic: المجلس الإقليمي برنر), is a regional council in the Central District of Israel. It is located in the coastal plain, in the vicinity of Rehovot and Yavne. The council is named after writer Yosef Haim Brenner, killed in the Jaffa riots of 1921. The Council was established in 1950, with a jurisdiction of 36,000 dunams. As of 2007, the six communities in the council (two kibbutzim and four moshavim) are home to approximately 6,000 inhabitants.

Kfar Bilu (Hebrew: כְּפַר בִּיל"וּ, lit. Bilu Village) is a moshav in central Israel. Located between Rehovot and Kiryat Ekron, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gezer Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 1,258.

Mazkeret Batya railway station is an Israel Railways passenger station situated on the railway to Beersheba. It is located north of Route 411 and south of the Shlosha stream, near the future industrial area of Mazkeret Batya, whose plans were approved in 2015. The tender for the station was published in March 2016. On 27 December 2016 the Minister of Transportation, Yisrael Katz laid the cornerstone for the station. According to the ministry of transportation the station was to be inaugurated during October 2018, but this was delayed to 2019. The cost of building the station was approximately 20 million NIS and it opened on 30 May 2019. The station has a size of 550 sq. meters and 320 parking spaces, 9 handicapped spaces and 7 bus bays. It has two 300 meter long side platforms with an underground passage to reach them, serving a total of two tracks. Each of the side platforms can be converted to an island platform in the future, allowing the station to serve a total of four tracks. Trains on the Tel Aviv – Lod – Be'er Sheva line stop at this station.

Givat Brenner (Hebrew: גִּבְעַת בְּרֶנֶר, lit. Brenner Hill; Arabic: غفعات برينر), is a kibbutz in the Central District of Israel. Located around two kilometres south of Rehovot, it falls under the jurisdiction of Brenner Regional Council. Founded in 1928, it is named after writer Yosef Haim Brenner, who was killed in the Jaffa riots of 1921. In 2019 it had a population of 2,678. It is the largest kibbutz in Israel.

Kaplan Medical Center (Hebrew: מרכז רפואי קפלן, Merkaz Refu'i Kaplan) is a hospital in Rehovot, Israel, located in the south of the city next to Bilu Junction. It is owned and operated by Clalit Health Services.
