Morris Heights is a residential neighborhood located in the West Bronx. River Park Towers or the Harlem River Park Towers are two 38-story, and two 44-story residential buildings in the Bronx, New York City. Completed in 1975, they became the tallest buildings in the borough, ahead of Tracey Towers and the multiple high-rises encompassing Co-op City. Currently, no other building in the Bronx has exceeded this height. Designed by Davis, Brody & Associates, both buildings were built with the intention to provide affordable, yet somewhat modern housing to the working class.

Morris Heights station (also known as Morris Heights–West 177th Street station) is a commuter rail stop on the Metro-North Railroad's Hudson Line, serving the Morris Heights neighborhood of the Bronx, New York City. It is 8.1 miles (13.0 km) from Grand Central Terminal and travel time to Grand Central is approximately 17 minutes. The station is located in the narrow strip of land between the Major Deegan Expressway and the Harlem River, next to Roberto Clemente State Park. It is also located across from the Dr Roland N. Patterson School complex, which was built over the tracks between the bridges for Harlem River Park Drive and West Tremont Avenue. The station has operated since the days of the Spuyten Duyvil and Port Morris Railroad as well as the New York and Putnam Railroad late in the 19th century, though not in its present form.

1520 Sedgwick Avenue is a 102-unit apartment building in the Morris Heights neighborhood in the Bronx, New York City. Recognized as a long-time "haven for working class families," it has been historically accepted as the birthplace of hip hop.The first mortgages for units at 1520 Sedgwick were made in 1967. After a long period of neglect and shady dealings in the 1990s and 2000s the building has been "highlighted by elected officials and tenant advocates as an emblem of New York’s affordable housing crisis." Senator Chuck Schumer called the building "the birthplace of predatory equity", and Representative José E. Serrano, called it "such a visible building."

Consolidated Yachts is a former shipbuilder and (as of 2021) present-day marine service company located on City Island in The Bronx, New York City.

Roberto Clemente State Park is a 25-acre (10 ha) state park in Morris Heights, Bronx, New York City. The park is adjacent to the Harlem River, the Major Deegan Expressway (Interstate 87), and the Morris Heights station on Metro-North's Hudson Line.

In 2013, a statue of Baseball Hall of Fame outfielder Roberto Clemente was unveiled at Roberto Clemente State Park in Morris Heights, The Bronx, New York City. The statue was commissioned Goya Foods and was created by sculptor Maritza Hernandez. It was the first statue honoring a Puerto Rican to be unveiled in New York City.
