The Fifth Avenue Commercial Buildings comprise a row of six buildings in St. Cloud, Minnesota, United States, constructed between 1883 and 1914. The buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 for their local significance in the themes of architecture and commerce. As St. Cloud's best preserved commercial block from the turn of the 20th century, it was nominated for reflecting the commercial architecture and history of the city's downtown business district.

The First National Bank of St. Cloud, Minnesota, United States, is a historic bank building constructed in 1889 and doubled in size around 1918. It was designed by architect Charles Sumner Sedgwick for St. Cloud's first bank, which was established in 1867 and chartered as a national bank in 1882. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 for its local significance in the themes of architecture and commerce. It was nominated for being St. Cloud's "finest designed and best preserved commercial building"—in the words of historian Thomas Harvey—and for its important financial role in the development of St. Cloud and surrounding Stearns County.The building was constructed of red brick with granite trim and cast iron ornamentation. It housed several prominent businesses after First National Bank left in 1925. As of 2018 its tenants include a branch of Kensington Bank and a restaurant.

The Chancery House in St. Cloud, Minnesota, United States, is the current chancery for the Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Cloud and the former residence for the Bishop of St. Cloud. It was built in 1916 for Bishop Joseph Francis Busch. The Chancery House was an early work of Louis Pinault, St. Cloud's most prominent early-20th-century architect. He employed Renaissance Revival style, with a mansard roof that gives the house a strong French character. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Bishop's House/Chancery Office in 1982 for its local significance in the theme of architecture. It was nominated for being one of Pinault's best designs and a prominent member of St. Cloud's housing stock.

The Stearns County Courthouse is the seat of government for Stearns County in St. Cloud, Minnesota, United States. The Beaux-Arts style building was constructed in 1921 to replace Stearns County's original 1864 courthouse. It stands in a prominent square in downtown St. Cloud, flanked by other government buildings. A Prairie School style jail was built to the northeast in 1922, and the two buildings were listed as the Stearns County Courthouse and Jail on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 for having local significance in the themes of architecture and politics/government. Bensen (1850–1917), a German immigrant who settled in St. Cloud in 1872, found success in the grocery business, and went on to serve as mayor and bank president. The Bensen House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 for its local significance in the themes of architecture and commerce. It was nominated for being one of St. Cloud's finest examples of Queen Anne architecture and for its association with Bensen.The house now operates as the Heritage House Bed & Breakfast.

The Foley–Brower–Bohmer House is a historic house in St. Cloud, Minnesota, United States. It was built in 1889 for lumber and railroad magnate Timothy Foley, transferred to his brother Thomas Foley in 1895, bought by lawyer and politician Ripley B. Brower in 1902, and sold to businessman and banker William J. Bohmer in 1923. The Foley–Brower–Bohmer House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978 for its local significance in the themes of architecture, industry, and politics/government. It was nominated for being an outstanding example of Richardsonian Romanesque architecture applied to a large, late-19th-century house, and for the accomplishments of its various late-19th- and early-20th-century inhabitants.
