World Capital Tower is an skyscraper at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The skyscraper is expected to be completed by second quarter of 2017. The skyscraper has total floor area of 70,000 sq.meters with retail & entertainment space. The tower, which is 270 meter-tall, has 54 floors. It is one of the tallest office buildings in Jakarta.The WCT is equipped with bomb and metal detection equipment, including 10 meters of glass applications and 19 mm thick bomb blast glass proof material in the main lobby. To reduce noise from outside and to reject the heat of the sun, the tower is equipped with infrared rays, and building facades coated low-e-double glass. WCT will also be equipped with a garden area of 3,000 square meters and a special building (annex) three floors covering an area of 2.700 square meters for retail and lifestyle, especially food & beverage.

The Embassy of China in Jakarta (Indonesian: Kedutaan Besar Tiongkok di Jakarta) is the diplomatic mission of the People's Republic of China in Indonesia, located in the Kuningan area of the Golden Triangle, Jakarta. It was reestablished in 1990 after the normalization of China–Indonesia relations, having been first established in 1950 at a separate location in Glodok.

The 2003 Marriott Hotel bombing occurred on August 5, 2003 in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. A suicide bomber detonated a car bomb outside the lobby of the JW Marriott Hotel, killing 12 people and injuring 150. Those killed including a white Dutch man while the rest were Indonesian. The hotel was viewed as a Western symbol, and had been used by the United States embassy for various events. The hotel was closed for five weeks and reopened to the public on September 8.

The office building (known as Tokopedia Tower) houses Tokopedia, which is one of Indonesia’s biggest online marketplace. The project is also equipped with a green area of about 60% of the land area.Ciputra World 3 Jakarta is planned to have conference & exhibition centre with a large capacity.

The 2009 Jakarta Bombings were a terrorist attack which took place in Jakarta, Indonesia on 17 July 2009. At around 07:47 until 07:57 WIB (00:47-00:57 UTC), the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Setiabudi, South Jakarta, were hit by separate bombings five minutes apart. Nine people were killed, of whom three were Indonesian, three were Australians, two were from The Netherlands, and one was from New Zealand. More than 50 people were injured in the blasts. Both blasts were caused by suicide bombers, who checked into the hotels as paying guests several days earlier. The twin suicide bombings came four years after the previous serious terrorist attack in Indonesia.

Jalan Prof. Dr. Satrio or Jalan Satrio is one of main streets of Jakarta, Indonesia. The road has many important commercial buildings and shopping centers. It is named after former Minister for Health of Indonesia, Major General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Satrio. This is a 2.25 km long road that extends from Karet Sudirman, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta to Casablanca Tunnel, Kuningan, South Jakarta. The road is located within the Golden Triangle of Jakarta. The road crosses 4 urban villages and has access point for Mega Kuninngan.

Capital Place Office Tower is part of the complex, which also occupies by Four Seasons Hotel. The office tower is a 215.1 meter tall, has 48 floors above & 6 floors below the ground. The tower tapers as it gets higher, with lower floors offering floor plates of 2,500 sqm. The middle floors are 2,100 sqm and the premium space at the top has a floor-plate of 1,800 sqm. The tower is built environmentally friendly with features include daylight and motion sensors for the interior lighting, such as in the bathrooms and stairwells. The tower is connected with the hotel building by a multilevel retail podium. There are also 1,350 car-park spaces in the complex.

The Satriamandala Museum (also spelled Satria Mandala Museum) is the main museum for the Indonesian Armed Forces. Opened on 5 October 1972, it is located on 5.6 hectares (14 acres) of land in South Jakarta and holds numerous artefacts, weapons, and vehicles.

The mall is called Kuningan City Mall, the apartment complex is named Denpasar Residence and the office tower is named AXA Tower, named after AXA Mandiri insurance company. The residential complex Denpasar Residence has two towers, named Kintamani Tower and Ubud Tower.

Turkish Embassy in Jakarta was opened on 10 April 1957. The Turkish Embassy has been serving at its current chancellery in Kuningan, Jakarta since 1983.The Embassy covers whole Indonesia and is also accredited to Timor-Leste since 2003. The Office of the Commercial Counselor was opened in April 2007 in the premises of Turkey Embassy. The Embassy has 21 Turkish and Indonesian personnel.
