Eastern Parkway Arena

Brooklyn Hebrew Maternity Hospital, which opened in 1921, was located at 1395 Eastern Parkway. This four-story building previously housed Maternity Hospital of Brownsville and East New York.The hospital included "two separate kitchens to observe the dietary laws." Other features included: two delivery rooms one operating room space for twenty patients in a large ward ten private rooms.The hospital grounds also had a secondary structure for doing laundry.

The Parkway Theatre, also known as the Rolland Theatre and since 1952 as the Holy House of Prayer for All People, is a historic former theater at 1768 St. Johns Place, at the intersection with Eastern Parkway in Brownsville, Brooklyn, New York, New York. It was built in 1928 and is a steel-frame-and-concrete building faced in buff-colored brick with terra cotta trim. It consists of a long and low three-story block along St. Johns Place, with a triangular lobby block fronting a tall, rectangular-plan auditorium block and stage fly loft block.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

The Prospect Plaza Houses is a 4.53-acre (18,300 m2) complex owned by the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) in the Ocean Hill section of Brooklyn and is bordered by St. Marks and Sterling Place, Howard and Saratoga Avenues. It was the first NYCHA development to be completely demolished.

The Sutter Avenue–Rutland Road station is a station on the IRT New Lots Line of the New York City Subway, located at the intersection of Sutter Avenue, Rutland Road, and East 98th Street at the border of East Flatbush and Brownsville, Brooklyn. It is served by the 3 train at all times except late nights, when the 4 train takes over service. During rush hours, occasional 2, 4 and 5 trains also stop here.

The Weeksville Heritage Center is a historic site on Buffalo Avenue between St. Marks Avenue and Bergen Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York City. It is dedicated to the preservation of Weeksville, one of America's first free black communities during the 19th century. Within this community, the residents established schools, churches and benevolent associations and were active in the abolitionist movement. Weeksville is a historic settlement of national significance and one of the few remaining historical sites of pre-Civil War African-American communities. Founding members of the preservation group were James Hurley, Dewey Harley, Dolores McCullough, Joan Maynard, and Patricia Johnson. It was founded as the Society for the Preservation of Weeksville and Bedford Stuyvesant in 1970, and then the Weeksville Heritage Center. The Heritage Center focuses on tours, arts and crafts, literacy and historical preservation programs for public-school students. The site is managed by the Weeksville Society, a historical society that maintains the 12,400-square-foot (1,150 m2) site comprising the historic Hunterfly Houses and an open grassy area.

The Brooklyn Hebrew Orphan Asylum was an orphanage constructed in Brooklyn, New York. The Brooklyn Hebrew Orphan Asylum branched off from the Hebrew Orphan Asylum of New York when that organization narrowed its support to children in Manhattan. The Brooklyn organization was created by philanthropic members of Temple Israel and K.K. Beth Elohim. Among those who spent part of their childhood there are Hannah Tompkins and eden ahbez.

Kingsborough Houses-Kingsborough Extension, also known as Kingsborough Houses, is a housing project in Brooklyn, New York covering 15.97-acres in Crown Heights, and is bordered by Ralph and Rochester Avenues, and Pacific and Bergen Streets. The project consists of 16, six-story buildings with 1,148 apartment units. It is owned and managed by New York City Housing Authority.

The New American Academy is a Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York public school, PS 770, which opened in the fall of 2010.

The Central Brooklyn Jazz Consortium (CBJC) created the Brooklyn Jazz Hall of Fame in 1999. A museum component added in 2009 to immortalize musicians, venues, and preserve artifacts which perpetuate Brooklyn's jazz legacy.

The Ralph Avenue station is a local station on the IND Fulton Street Line of the New York City Subway. Located in Brooklyn at the intersection of Ralph Avenue and Fulton Street, it is served by the C train at all times except nights, when the A train serves the station.

Ralph Avenue was a station on the demolished BMT Fulton Street Line in Brooklyn, New York City. It had 2 tracks and 2 side platforms. It was opened on September 20, 1888, and served by trains of the BMT Fulton Street Line. It also had a connection to the trolley lines of the same name. Ralph Avenue was the easternmost station on the line until it was expanded to Rockaway Avenue on November 16, 1888. Less than a month later Saratoga Avenue would replace Ralph Avenue as the penultimate station on the line. The next stop to the east was Saratoga Avenue. The next stop to the west was Utica Avenue. In 1936, the Independent Subway System built their own Fulton Street subway and added an underground subway station with the same name. The el station became obsolete, and it closed on May 31, 1940.
