St Matthew's Church, Blackmoor

Blackmoor War Memorial is a First World War memorial cloister in Blackmoor, near Liss, in Hampshire. The memorial stands on the north side of the main road, with the Church of St Matthew to the east and the village school to the west. It was designed by Sir Herbert Baker, and comprises a three-sided wood-framed arcade, open to the south, arranged around lawn with a memorial cross. Several memorial plaques and a fountain by Sir Charles Wheeler are mounted on the walls of the arcade. It is one of around 130 Grade II* listed war memorials in England.

Woolmer railway station is a former railway station, on the Longmoor Military Railway which served the hamlet of Woolmer. The station was probably situated opposite the end of what is now Blackmoor Road, the station is shown as existing on a 1933 map but its precise location is not shown.In 1948 the station had two low-level platforms with no facilities, it was the station for the marshalling yard which varied in size over the years, peaking at around forty sidings. There was a block post, the Army's name for a signal box, controlling access to the yard from the double track which was usually worked as a single track using the up line.The station was closed along with the rest of the line on 31 October 1969.

Woolmer is a place in Hampshire, England. Woolmer is situated between Liphook and Bordon. The surrounding Woolmer Forest, a Royal forest, is both a Special Area of Conservation and a Site of Special Scientific Interest.Woolmer was a tiny hamlet on the turnpike road, now the A325, running through the area from Farnham towards Portsmouth during the 19th century. All that remains, apart from the name of the forest, is a group of buildings to the east called Woolmer Cottages facing the Petersfield Road (A325) just south of the junction with Blackmoor Road. Across the road, on the south-western corner of the forest, there is Woolmer Pond and next to it, to its north, Woolmer Pond Cottage. The name is still used in several other ways in the area: just to the south towards Greatham, the stretch of the A325 linking the roundabout to the A3 is called Woolmer Road, and to the north in Whitehill and Bordon there is the Woolmer Trading Estate accessed via Woolmer Way. Also some businesses and a doctors' surgery practice are named Woolmer in some way reflecting the historical place and the forest. Woolmer formerly had its own railway station on the Longmoor Military Railway, but the line was closed in 1969.

Whitehill Junction railway station is a former railway station, on the Longmoor Military Railway, which was closed along with the rest of the line in 1969. The station served the village of Whitehill, Hampshire. The station was featured in the films The Great St Trinian's Train Robbery.

Hogmoor Inclosure is a large area of wooded heath situated 0.5 miles (0.80 km) west from the town of Bordon and within the civil parish of Whitehill in the East Hampshire district of Hampshire, England. The inclosure is used for army training with various tank crossings scattered around the area. The area is historically notable for its connection with the British Army with large barracks surrounding the area. The inclosure was first scouted in 1896 by the Highland Light Infantry with camps being built in the area in 1903.

Whitehill is a village and civil parish in the East Hampshire district of Hampshire, England, on the historic highway (now the A325) between Petersfield and Farnham. It is 0.7 miles (1.1 km) south of Bordon and covers an area of approximately 8 square miles. The nearest railway station is Liss, 4 miles (6.4 km) south of the village. RAF Oakhanger is a Royal Air Force station in Hampshire split over three operational sites; with accommodation in nearby Bordon. The main site and operations centre is located near the village of Oakhanger, the two other sites being nearby. The parent station for administrative purposes was RAF Odiham.

Bordon Camp was a British Army camp close to the settlement of Bordon in Hampshire, England. The camp, which was latterly maintained by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, opened in 1863 and closed in 2015.

Oakhanger is a village in the East Hampshire district of Hampshire, England. Its nearest town is Bordon, which lies 1.7 miles (2.7 km) east, of the B3004 road. The village is part of the parish of Selborne, which covers an area of 7,915 acres (3,203 ha). The nearest railway station is Alton, which is 3.8 miles (6.1 km) northwest of the village, although Oakhanger formerly had its own military railway station, Oakhanger Halt railway station on the Longmoor Military Railway, until its closure. A Roman road passed through Oakhanger although no traces of it remain today. The first mention of the village came from a charter dating to the early 10th century, and the lands of Oakhanger were passed on by numerous families up until the early 20th century. The village contains four Grade II listed buildings, including Oakhanger Farmhouse and its three outbuildings. Oakhanger also has one pub, The Red Lion. St Mary Magdalene's Church was built in 1873. The former Royal Air Force station, RAF Oakhanger, still retains its satellite domes, although the station is now privately run.

Bordon is a former railway station on the Bordon Light Railway which served the English village of Bordon, Hampshire and its nearby army camp.

Oakhanger Halt is a former railway station, on the Longmoor Military Railway which served Bordon Camp, the station was closer to the camp than Bordon on the Bordon Light Railway. The station is likely to have opened with the line in 1905 but the first documented evidence showing it open is on 14 August 1914 when it was used the Officer Commanding Railway Troops to say goodbye to the first mobilised Railway Company departing for France.The station was situated immediately to the north of the ungated level crossing over Oakenhanger Road. The line through the halt was built as a single track, was doubled during WWII and singled after the war as doubled ungated level crossings were then no longer permitted. The station had one platform, with no facilities, to the west of the running lines. There was a block post, the Army's name for a signal box, between the road and the start of the platform.At the opposite end of the platform there was a junction with lines going Louisburg Barracks and a set of sidings.The station was closed along with the rest of the line on 31 October 1969.
