The Philippine School of Business Administration is a college located in Quezon City in Metro Manila, Philippines. The college was established in 1963.

Katipunan Avenue (Filipino: Abenida Katipunan) is a major avenue in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It runs in a north–south direction from the University of the Philippines Diliman, intersecting with Tandang Sora Avenue at its northernmost point, down to the Manila Philippines Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, intersecting with White Plains Avenue at its southernmost point. The avenue is named after the Kataas-taasan, Kagalang-galangan, Katipunan ng mga Anak ng Bayan (KKK).The road is a component of National Route 11 (N11) and National Route 129 (N129) of the Philippine highway network, respectively, and Circumferential Road 5 (C-5) of Manila's arterial road network. The avenue has three lanes each way in most sections, widening to four in select areas, and narrowing to two lanes within Barangays White Plains and Saint Ignatius. An extension project, shelved by the government for the last six decades due to failed negotiations with private entities, has been revived by the Department of Public Works and Highways to address worsening traffic situations along Katipunan and Commonwealth Avenue, as well as Batasan–San Mateo Road. As of February 2021, the project is 70% complete.

Asian College (formerly Asian Institute of Electronics and Asian College of Science and Technology) is a CHED and TESDA-accredited private tertiary educational institution in the Philippines founded in 1972. It has campuses in Quezon City and Dumaguete. It also offers DepEd and TESDA-certified senior high school.

The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a volunteer-based, non-government organization whose goal is to prevent animal cruelty through education, animal sheltering and advocacy, based in Quezon City, Philippines. PAWS believes that the creation of a more peaceful society starts with the widening of mankind's circle of compassion which includes animals, thereby envisions a nation that respects animals, practices responsible pet ownership and protects wildlife. The volunteer-based organization rehabilitates these animals in the hope of finding them new homes and a second chance at a good life. PAWS does not take in pets of other people, but only victims of cruelty or neglect where the animal offenders are charged with violation of the Animal Welfare Act in court.

Center for Culinary Arts, Manila (CCA) is an institution that provides culinary education in the Philippines. It was formally established in 1996 and is currently located in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines. It has satellite campuses in Farmers Market, Cubao; a Restaurant School at SM Mall of Asia called Oceana; and at Eastwood Mall called CCA Kitchen. It offers diploma and certificate programs accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the American Culinary Federation. The school also offers basic courses for beginners and professionals as well as international degree succession and certification.

The Blue Eagle Gym is a gymnasium located in the main campus of the Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City, Philippines. Unlike most gymnasiums, the basketball court is oriented perpendicular to the orientation of the building.

The National College of Business and Arts or NCBA is a private educational institution in the Philippines with campuses located in Cubao, Fairview and Taytay. NCBA Collegiate Department offers degree programs in the Arts, Sciences, Business and Education as well as Diploma programs. NCBA also offers Graduate degrees in Master in Business Administration and Master in Public Administration.

The Manila Observatory is a non-profit research institute housed on the campus of the Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City, Philippines. It was founded by the Society of Jesus, commonly known as the Jesuits, in 1865 as the Observatorio Meteorológico del Ateneo Municipal de Manila. It was later renamed Observatorio Meteorológico de Manila. It has done weather forecasting and earthquake research and today researches seismic and geomagnetic phenomena as well as radio and solar physics.

Barangka is an administrative division of Marikina, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is an urban barangay part of the 1st district of Marikina and is one of the oldest barangays in Marikina. Located along the southwestern border of Marikina, with the Marikina–Infanta Highway and A. Bonifacio Avenue, which serve as thoroughfares connecting Quezon City and Marikina, and with the municipalities of San Mateo and Rodriguez (Montalban) in Rizal to the east, Barangka is considered to be a gateway for people going to and from Metro Manila and Rizal. It is bordered on the west by barangay Loyola Heights in Quezon City; to the south by barangays Industrial Valley and Calumpang; to the east by barangay Tañong; and to the north by Loyola Grand Villas.

Anonas station is a station on the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2. Anonas station is one of the many elevated stations that can be found on the line. The station is located in Cubao in Quezon City and is named because of its location near Anonas Street. The station is the ninth station for trains headed to Antipolo and the fifth station for trains headed to Recto. Anonas station was temporarily closed due to a fire which affected two rectifiers of the train line between Anonas and Katipunan stations on October 3, 2019. The station was reopened on January 22, 2021 after repairs to the rectifiers were completed.

Riverbanks Center (also known as Marikina Riverbanks/Marikina Riverbanks Center or simply Riverbanks) is an integrated development complex for shopping, recreational, business and commercial along Andres Bonifacio Avenue adjacent to Marikina River in Barangka, Marikina, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is home of the Philippine's biggest outdoor amphitheater and outlet center, and the location of once the world's largest pair of shoes.
