Bandar Sungai Long

Bandar Mahkota Cheras is a township in Cheras, Selangor, Malaysia. It was developed by Narajaya Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Lion Group. Construction commenced in late 1999 or early 2000 on a freehold plot of about 365 hectares. Mostly consisting of two-storey terraced houses, the population is estimated to be in excess of 50,000 in more than 10,000 households. There are also a few smaller developments by other developers in the same township, e.g., Cheras Vista and Pinggiran Mahkota Cheras. It is located in the mukim (sub-district) of Cheras, daerah (district) of Hulu Langat and state of Selangor. It is under the administration of local council Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (MPKj).

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bandar Tun Hussein Onn (2) (or SMKBTHO (2)), sometimes referred as SMK Bandar Tun Hussein Onn (2) (although there were never another school of the same name before it), is a secondary school in the state of Selangor, Malaysia. It is the only secondary school in the Bandar Tun Hussein Onn suburb. The school is located in the city of South Cheras, in the district of Hulu Langat and under the subdistrict of Balakong. The school is most famous for the success of Yashwin Sarawanan in Asia's Got Talent (season 3).

Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (abbreviated as UTAR; simplified Chinese: 拉曼大学; traditional Chinese: 拉曼大學) is a not-for-profit private research university in Malaysia. UTAR ranked top 100 in the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings 2018 and top 600 in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2021, placing it 2nd overall in Malaysia only after University of Malaya. UTAR also ranked 31st in UI GreenMetric Ranking Top 50 Under 50 2022, and 3rd in Malaysia for Nature Index Institution Research Output.UTAR was established in June 2002 through the UTAR Education Foundation, a non-for-profit organisation, and a total of 411 students are enrolled in June 2002 for its first intake. The university has two campuses, the award-winning Kampar campus in the state of Perak and one in Sungai Long located within the Klang Valley in the state of Selangor.

The Taman Suntex station is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station that serves the suburb of Taman Suntex in Cheras, Selangor, Malaysia. It serves as one of the stations on Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) Kajang Line. The station is located at 702 Hulu Langat interchange and Batu 9 Toll Plaza (Kajang-bound) of the Cheras–Kajang Expressway Cheras–Kajang Expressway, as well as Taman Suntex.

Brickfields is a neighbourhood (as well as an administrative zone) located on the western flank of central Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is known as Kuala Lumpur's Little India due to the high percentage of Indian residents and businesses. Brickfields has been ranked third in Airbnb's list of top trending destinations.Brickfields is notable for being home to KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur's central public transportation hub.

Balakong (Jawi: بالقوڠ; Chinese: 無拉港) or Cheras South (Jawi: چراس سلتن; Chinese: 蕉賴南區) is a township in Hulu Langat District, Selangor, Malaysia. Located to the southeast of Greater Kuala Lumpur, the township consists mainly of residential condominiums, office complexes and factories. Notable landmarks in Balakong include AEON Mall Cheras Selatan and Sin Ann Meow Temple (星安庙).

Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is a township in 11th-Mile Cheras (Batu 11 Cheras) in Bangi constituency, Selangor, Malaysia. It was named after the third Malaysian Prime Minister, Tun Hussein Onn (in office 1976–1981). It is primarily a residential area, established in the early 1990s. It is situated about 13 km southeast of central Kuala Lumpur and 7.5 km north of Kajang. UDA Holdings Bhd is the developer of the Bandar Tun Hussein Onn township, established in 1971 by the government with authority to develop this area. In 1989, UDA Holdings acquired a 752 acres (304 ha) piece of land in Cheras known as Bandar Tun Hussein Onn. It is known as the largest housing development in Cheras Selatan. In 1995, Bandar Tun Hussein Onn won the FIABCI Award of Distinction for Residential Property. Upon completion, the total population has increased up to 35,000, consisting of 6,000 residential units. Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is resided by 20,000 to 35,000 people or 6,000 housing units, where 80 per cent of the residents are Muslim (in 2013).

Taman CUEPACS is a major township in Cheras, Selangor, Malaysia. Taman CUEPACS is located near Pasukan Gerakan Am (PGA) police base. The township gets its name from the abbreviation of CUEPACS which means Congress of Unions of Employees in the Public and Civil Services.

Kajang Prison (Malay: Penjara Kajang; formerly known as Selangor Central Prison) is a prison located in Sungai Jelok, Selangor, Malaysia.During the COVID-19 pandemic in Malaysia in early 2022, 18 inmates were suspected of having adverse effects after taking the COVID-19 vaccine, two of whom died as a result.
