Cleveland Street in central London runs north to south from Euston Road (A501) to the junction of Mortimer Street and Goodge Street. It lies within Fitzrovia, in the W1 post code area. Cleveland Street also runs along part of the border between Bloomsbury (ward) which is located in London Borough of Camden, and West End (ward) and Marylebone High Street (ward) in the City of Westminster. In the 17th century, the way was known as the Green Lane, when the area was still rural, or Wrastling Lane, after a nearby amphitheatre for boxing and wrestling.

Great Titchfield Street is a street in the West End of London. It runs north from Oxford Street to Greenwell Street, just short of the busy A501 Marylebone Road and Euston Road. It lies within the informally designated London area of Fitzrovia. In administrative terms it is in the City of Westminster. It lies within their designated East Marylebone Conservation Area in the former Metropolitan Borough of St Marylebone.

Go West is the title of the first exhibition by Stuckist artists in a commercial London West End gallery. It was staged in Spectrum London gallery in October 2006. The show attracted media interest for its location, for the use of a painting satirising Sir Nicholas Serota, Director of the Tate gallery, and for two paintings of a stripper by Charles Thomson based on his former wife, artist Stella Vine.

Spectrum London was a London art gallery which showed contemporary figurative painting, photography and sculpture. It staged Go West, the first commercial West End show of the Stuckists, and a retrospective by Sebastian Horsley. It closed in 2008.

Cleveland Hall was a meeting hall in Cleveland Street, London that was a centre of the British secularist movement between 1861 and 1878, and that was then used for various purposes before becoming a Methodist meeting hall.

Scandinavian Kitchen is a Scandinavian delicatessen and grocery store in 61 Great Titchfield Street, London. Its menu is based on the smörgåsbord and the Danish smørrebrød (open sandwich) and draws on the Scandinavian tradition of uncomplicated food served on rye bread. The Kitchen's grocery section stocks over 600 food products from all over Scandinavia including a large selection of pickled herring, specialty cheeses and crisp bread as well as chocolate and the northern European speciality, salty liquorice. Opened in 2007, it was the first Scandinavian delicatessen to open in London.

The Cleveland Street Workhouse is a Georgian property in Cleveland Street, Marylebone, built between 1775 and 1778 for the care of the sick and poor of the parish of St Paul Covent Garden under the Old Poor Law. From 1836, it became the workhouse of the Strand Union of parishes. The building remained in operation until 2005 after witnessing the complex evolution of the healthcare system in England. After functioning as a workhouse, the building became a workhouse infirmary before being acquired by the Middlesex Hospital and finally falling under the NHS. In the last century it was known as the Middlesex Hospital Annexe and the Outpatient Department. It closed to the public in 2005 and it has since been vacated. On 14 March 2011 the entire building became Grade II Listed. Development of the site began in 2019 by current owner University College London Hospitals (UCLH) Charity as a mixed-use development including residential, commercial and open space, but construction has been held up by the necessity to remove human remains stemming from the use of the area around the workhouse as a parish burial ground between 1780 and 1853. There has also been controversy about the amount of social housing to be included in the development.

The BT Tower is a grade II listed communications tower located in Fitzrovia, London, owned by BT Group. It was also known as the GPO Tower and the Post Office Tower. It was later officially renamed the Telecom Tower. The main structure is 581 feet (177 m) high, with a further section of aerial rigging bringing the total height to 620 feet (189 m).Upon completion in 1964, it overtook the Millbank Tower to become the tallest structure in London until 1980, when it in turn was overtaken by the NatWest Tower. It was opened in 1965 by Prime Minister Harold Wilson who viewed it as a monument of a Britain shimmering in the "white heat of technology". A 360° coloured LED screen is located near the top of the tower—making it a conspicuous presence on the London skyline—which displays news events to the public across central London every day, including breaking news.

Conway Street is a street in the London Borough of Camden that runs from the Euston Road in the north to Maple Street in the south, being divided in the middle by Fitzroy Square in the south. The northern part of the street is crossed only by Warren Street. Originally named Conway Street Upper and Lower, it was renamed as Southampton Street, and later returned to the name Conway Street, without the distinction of Upper and Lower, and with the houses numbered consecutively from south to north, with Fitzroy Square intervening. William Heysham Overend (1851–1898), the noted marine artist and illustrator lived at No. 17 from 1893 until his death in 1898. At that time the street was known as Southampton Street. Sidney Bechet (1897–1959) the New Orleans jazz pioneer, saxophonist and clarinetist, lived at No. 27 in 1922, and a blue plaque from the Nubian Jak Community Trust commemorates this. The street is the home of the Embassy of Croatia in London.
