Darulfatwa - Islamic High Council of Australia is a high Islamic authority in Australia. It has been founded to meet the growing needs of the Australian Muslim community. After long and profound deliberations, a group of highly skilled and qualified community leaders embarked upon establishing this Australian institution. A final frontier to bridge the gap between the needs of Muslims and their productive co-existence in the wider Australian community. It can be significantly noted that the policies and guidelines of Darul-Fatwa have all been derived from the Qur’an, the sayings of Prophet Muhammad may Allah raise his rank and the teachings of Islam according to true undisputed scholars.Darulfatwa does not endorse any form of extremist ideology and it opposes any potential spreading of such ideology within its constituency. Darulfatwa makes the point that all acts of evil carried out in the name of Islam should be condemned and countered by all available means. Darulfatwa (also known as Darul-Fatwa or House of Fatwa) provides Fatwas and is associated with a number of Australian Islamic organisations and Muslim schools. including the colocated Salamah College and radio station 2MFM. In 2005, Prime Minister John Howard commended the Darulfatwa - Islamic High Council of Australia for organising an anti-terrorism forum, "Sunnis against Extremism", which was attended by 200 members of the Islamic community. It has also been congratulated within the New South Wales Legislative Assembly for its role as the leading representative for Muslims in Australia.

Muslim Community Radio (call sign 2MFM) is a community radio station based in Bankstown, New South Wales, Australia, and broadcasts to Sydney on a citywide licence. It is a volunteer-run organisation and is funded mostly through listener support.

Princes Park is a sports ground in Auburn, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was the home of the New South Wales Gaelic football and hurling teams. The ground has an undefined capacity with four temporary stands acting as makeshift seating with plenty of standing room available around the pitches four sides. Gaelic football, hurling and camogie were played in league and championship format there between the months of March and September. On Sunday 2 November 2008 an Australasian gaelic football Select IX played the Irish International Rules football squad in a game of gaelic football at Princes Park. The game finished in a draw. It has since 2011 been used as an amateur football pitch.

Jensen Oval is a suburban soccer park located on 30 Clapham Road, Sefton, Sydney, Australia, within the City of Canterbury-Bankstown. It is the homeground of the Bankstown City Lions who last played in the New South Wales Premier League in 2011 and Bankstown United FC who last played at Jensen Park in 2022. It can currently hold up to 8,000 spectators. It has 2 main grandstands & a training park next to it. It was built early in the 1960s as a Premier Ground for football in the Bankstown LGA. The Oval's facilities include play equipment, a soccer field, turf cricket pitch and toilets. Before the rebuild in the early 1960s it had been used by the local junior Regents Parks Soccer Club and also for cricket since at least the early 1950s. In 2018 City of Canterbury-Bankstown Council has accepted $2.5 million upgrade to install an artificial turf surface at its Jensen Park soccer field. Construction is scheduled to begin in June and be completed by the end of February, 2019. The Council will work with Bankstown City Lions on future maintenance on the field.

Chester Hill High School is a high school located in Chester Hill, New South Wales, Australia. It caters for students from years 7 to 12. Classes began on 4 February 1962 with 325 students. The school was officially opened on 1 March 1965 by Jack Renshaw, the Premier of New South Wales. The principal is Ms M O'Harae. In 2003, Chester Hill was one of eight schools in New South Wales recognized with a Cohesive Community School Award special commendation by the New South Wales Department of Education and Training, for "promoting a cohesive community and in making a significant difference to social harmony and unity".

The Terry Lamb Complex is a series of grass sporting fields located on the corner of Waldron and Miller Roads, Chester Hill, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The complex is the home ground of the Chester Hill Hornets who compete in the Canterbury-Bankstown District Junior Rugby League competition. The complex was renamed in 1986 in honour of Terry Lamb who played for the Hornets as a junior. It is also the home ground of the Chester Hill Youth Cricket Club who compete in the Bankstown District Cricket Association competition. The complex incorporates two grounds known as Abbott Park (for rugby league) and Frank Bamfield Oval (for cricket). The Terry Lamb Complex has an enclosed football field that is fenced off, a cricket oval, two cricket nets, two canteen facilities, four dressing room facilities, referees room, function room and a car park. The main rugby league field has 200-lux powered lights for night games. The main building at the Terry Lamb Complex is named the Bill Lovelee Youth Centre and acts the clubhouse of the Chester Hill Hornets and Chester Hill Youth Cricket Club. Additional parking is available for the Terry Lamb Complex on Campbell Hill Road, Miller Road, Waldron Road, Frost Lane and Virgil Avenue with easy access to the ground from the Chester Hill railway station and Chester Hill shops.
