Melita Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Sydney, Australia. It is mainly used for football and is the home ground for Parramatta FC team and the Parramatta Ladyhawks Women's Super League team. The stadium has a capacity of 10,000 people. Melita Stadium is home to the Maltese national rugby league team.

Darulfatwa (also known as Darul-Fatwa or House of Fatwa) provides Fatwas and is associated with a number of Australian Islamic organisations and Muslim schools. including the colocated Salamah College and radio station 2MFM. In 2005, Prime Minister John Howard commended the Darulfatwa - Islamic High Council of Australia for organising an anti-terrorism forum, "Sunnis against Extremism", which was attended by 200 members of the Islamic community. It has also been congratulated within the New South Wales Legislative Assembly for its role as the leading representative for Muslims in Australia.

Salamah College is an independent Islamic co-educational primary and secondary day school, located in Chester Hill, a south-western suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The school motto is Education. Faith. Discipline. Salamah College commenced its first year of K–8 in 2012. However, after expansions the school teaches K–12. The campus features a soccer field, pool, tennis courts and mosque. The campus has over 700 students in both primary and secondary. The school employs more than 100 staff members. It is co-located with Darulfatwa – Islamic High Council of Australia and radio station 2MFM. In June 2016 it was reported that student numbers will increase five-fold, and there are approved plans for $27 million extensions for new classrooms, a childcare centre and a sports centre.Salamah College is a project developed by the Islamic Charity Projects Association (ICPA). ICPA also founded Al Amanah College in Bankstown and Liverpool.

Muslim Community Radio (call sign 2MFM) is a community radio station based in Bankstown, New South Wales, Australia, and broadcasts to Sydney on a citywide licence. It is a volunteer-run organisation and is funded mostly through listener support.

Jensen Oval is a suburban soccer park located on 30 Clapham Road, Sefton, Sydney, Australia, within the City of Canterbury-Bankstown. It is the homeground of the Bankstown City Lions who last played in the New South Wales Premier League in 2011 and Bankstown United FC who last played at Jensen Park in 2022. It can currently hold up to 8,000 spectators. It has 2 main grandstands & a training park next to it. It was built early in the 1960s as a Premier Ground for football in the Bankstown LGA. The Oval's facilities include play equipment, a soccer field, turf cricket pitch and toilets. Before the rebuild in the early 1960s it had been used by the local junior Regents Parks Soccer Club and also for cricket since at least the early 1950s. In 2018 City of Canterbury-Bankstown Council has accepted $2.5 million upgrade to install an artificial turf surface at its Jensen Park soccer field. Construction is scheduled to begin in June and be completed by the end of February, 2019. The Council will work with Bankstown City Lions on future maintenance on the field.

The Auburn Botanic Gardens are a botanical garden located in Auburn (a suburb of Sydney), New South Wales, Australia. It was established in 1977 and covers an area of 9.7 hectares (24 acres). There are two lakes, a waterfall and bridges. Duck River winds through the garden. The garden is maintained by Cumberland Council. It is open daily, and there is a small entry fee on weekends. The Japanese gardens, which have hosted couples from overseas, are one of the main attractions.The Auburn Botanic Gardens attract thousands of visitors each year, including a significant number from outside Australia, who come to enjoy the surrounds of the gardens, which provide a variety of flora and fauna. The topography of the site, which slopes gently towards the Duck River, has been altered to create different perspectives and microclimates. Three habitats are intended to provide an experience of 'Australia' in the city – the woodlands theatre, the native garden and billabong, and the Australian rainforest. The gardens were opened by New South Wales governor Sir Roden Cutler on 11 September 1977.
