The Seattle Cinerama Theatre is a landmark movie theater in Seattle, Washington, United States. Located in the city's Belltown neighborhood, it is one of only three movie theaters in the world still capable of showing three-panel Cinerama films.

The Fourth and Blanchard Building, also known as the Sedgwick James Building or the Darth Vader building, is a skyscraper located in the Belltown neighborhood just north of downtown Seattle. The high-rise style construction rises to 105 meters (344 feet) and has 25 floors above the ground. Chester L. Lindsey Architects, notable as the architects of the Columbia Center, designed the building. The building holds commercial office space. It is located in the Denny Regrade, on the site of what was once the highest point of Denny Hill, and is about one hundred feet taller than the peak of the former hill.The building was completed in 1979 and is clad in reflective glass. Its design is reminiscent of Houston's Pennzoil Place.

The Red Popsicle (also known as Giant Red Twin Popsicle or simply Popsicle) is a 2011 sculpture by Catherine Mayer, installed in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, in the U.S. state of Washington.

Studio X (formerly known as Bad Animals Studio and Kaye-Smith Studios) is a music and media recording studio on 4th Avenue in downtown Seattle, Washington, United States. Originally part of the Kaye-Smith Enterprises media conglomerate founded by Lester Smith and actor Danny Kaye, the studio was used to record commercials and musicians. The studio was re-launched as Steve Lawson Productions by Steve and Debbie Lawson in 1979. The sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson of the band Heart owned the studio from 1991 until 1997, and named it Bad Animals after their 1987 album of the same name. Artists such as Heart, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Queensrÿche, Mad Season, Foo Fighters, Audioslave, Aerosmith, The Beach Boys, Jerry Cantrell, Eddie Vedder, Duff McKagan, Johnny Cash, B.B. King, Radiohead, R.E.M., Deftones, Soulfly, Steve Vai, and Neil Young have recorded at the studio.

The Via6 Towers are a pair of 24-story apartment buildings in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Construction began in 2011 and the building topped out in June 2012. The complex opened February 2013 and includes 18,000 square feet of retail space at street level. The building was constructed to Leed Gold standards.

Askatu Bakery (sometimes Askatu Bakery and Cafe) is a bakery in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, in the U.S. state of Washington.

Rubinstein Bagels is a bagel shop with three locations in the Seattle metropolitan area, in the U.S. state of Washington. In Seattle, the business operates in South Lake Union and on Capitol Hill; since 2023, a third location has operated in Redmond. Rubinstein was established by Andrew Rubinstein, who initially sold bagels out of Ethan Stowell's Cortina Cafe as well as Two Union Square's second floor lobby. He later sold his half of the business to Stowell. Considered one of the area's best bagel shops, Rubinstein has garnered a positive reception. Food & Wine has said the business serves some of the nation's best bagels, which are also a favorite of chef and food writer J. Kenji López-Alt. Rubinstein has also received praise for its matzo ball soup and breakfast sandwiches.

The Modern (formerly Third and Lenora) is a mixed-use high-rise building in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, United States. The 38-story tower, developed by Martin Selig, includes offices, retail, and 222 residential units. Construction began in September 2017 and was completed in 2020. It was originally leased to The We Company for use by their WeWork co-working and WeLive co-living ventures until the company ran into financial issues and the lease was terminated after the building was topped out.

The Seattle Jewish Federation shooting occurred on July 28, 2006, at around 4:00 p.m. PT, when Naveed Afzal Haq shot six women, one fatally, at the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle building in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, United States. Haq was convicted in December 2009 and sentenced to life without parole plus 120 years. Police have classified the shooting as a "hate crime" based on what Haq is alleged to have said during a 9-1-1 call. King County Prosecuting Attorney Norm Maleng described the shooting as "one of the most serious crimes that has ever occurred in this city".

Dahlia Lounge was a restaurant by Tom Douglas in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. The business operated from 1989 to 2021. It was replaced with Serious Pie, another business by Tom Douglas. Gabe Guarente of Eater Seattle wrote, "Dahlia Lounge was the restaurant that launched Douglas's culinary empire. Its inventive approach to Pacific Northwest fare and mix of global influences marked a touchstone for Seattle's growing downtown dining scene in the 90s, and helped Douglas earn a James Beard Awards in 1994, among other accolades. Menu favorites changed over the decades, but one unforgettable mainstay was the restaurant’s triple coconut cream pie, which remains a Seattle dessert icon."
