Isaac Cox Cobblestone Farmstead, also known as the Letson Farm, is a historic home and farm complex located in the town of Wheatland near Scottsville in Monroe County, New York. The complex includes a Federal style cobblestone farmhouse built about 1838. It is constructed of small to medium-sized field cobbles and is one of seven surviving cobblestone buildings in the town of Wheatland. Also on the expansive property are a pair of Wells truss barns, 19th century combination corn crib / pig sty, and small 19th century smokehouse.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Garbutt, New York is a hamlet located between the village of Scottsville and the hamlet of Mumford. Garbutt grew rapidly through the mid-nineteenth century, but starting in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries the collapse of the local economy caused the population to severely decline.

Simeon Sage House is a historic home located at Scottsville in Monroe County, New York. It was built about 1830 and consists of a 1-story, five-by-two-bay, rectangular main block with a smaller 1-story rectangular rear wing in a vernacular Federal style. There are later Greek Revival style modification. It is an example of a working man's cottage. It serves as home to the Wheatland Historical Association and a rectangular, frame educational facility and meeting room were added in 2000.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

Garbuttsville Cemetery is a historic cemetery located at the hamlet of Garbutt in the town of Wheatland in Monroe County, New York. It is one of the earliest surviving cemeteries in Monroe County and is an intact country cemetery that reflects the history of the once thriving industrial hamlet of Garbuttsville (now Garbutt). It also illustrates the development patterns of small vernacular cemeteries through the 19th century and prevalent styles of modest and middle class grave monuments from that period. There are approximately 570 graves with most graves dating prior to 1920.John Garbutt (ca. 1779–1855) is buried in the cemetery. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

The Scottsville Free Library, located at 28 Main Street in the village of Scottsville, New York, with a small branch at 883 George Street in Mumford, serves the people of the towns of Wheatland and Chili, as well as adjacent areas in Monroe County. Unlike most public libraries, the Scottsville Free Library has always been a private non-profit association. Membership in this association is open to all local residents: one need merely apply for a library card. A board of seven trustees, elected by the association members to three-year terms, provides governance of the association.

It is a mid-19th-century vernacular Romanesque Revival–style building. It is composed of a three- by five-bay frame church with a 1+1⁄2-story rear wing that houses classrooms, offices, and kitchen facilities.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Donald Mann House is a historic home located at Scottsville, Monroe County, New York. It was built about 1830, and is a two-story, Late Federal stone farmhouse with a 1+1⁄2-story side wing. It has a garage addition and stone porch (now enclosed) added about 1900. Also on the property is a contributing stone outbuilding.: 3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

Grace Church is a historic Episcopal church located at Scottsville in Monroe County, New York. The church was designed by noted Rochester architect Harvey Ellis (1852-1904) and built in 1885. It is in the Latin cross form in the Richardsonian Romanesque style. It has a native fieldstone lower level with an upper section of frame construction with a non-structural wall of stained glass. It features rounded apsidal and transept ends topped by conical roofs. Attached is a Sunday school wing constructed in 1956 and a square, shingled bell tower added in 1976. It is a congregation in the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

David McVean House, also known as the McVean-Jones-Reeves House, is a historic home located at Scottsville in Monroe County, New York. It is a brick vernacular Federal-style house on a pargeted cut-stone foundation. The five-by-three-bay main block is two stories in height, while the rear wing is one and one-half stories.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

The district encompasses 41 residential structures, over half of which date from the 1830s through 1850s and are distinct examples of Greek Revival architecture.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
