The Palazzo Donà a Sant'Aponal, also known as the Palazzo Donà or Palazzo Donà dalle Trezze, is a Gothic-style palace located on the Canal Grande of Venice, between Palazzo Papadopoli and Palazzo Donà della Madoneta in the Sestiere of San Polo, Venice, Italy.

The Palazzo Donà or Donà Brusa is a Venetian Gothic style palace located in Campo San Polo in the Sestiere of San Polo in Venice. The palace was originally built by the old aristocratic Donà family, originally from Aquileia. Three members of the family, Francesco, Leonardo, and Nicolo became Doges. The composer Giovanni Francesco Brusa, a collaborator with Carlo Goldoni, lived in the palace. The palace is now owned by the Signum Foundation, which sponsors exhibitions from Polish and foreign contemporary artists.There are at four three other Dona palaces in Venice, the Palazzo Donà della Madoneta on the Grand Canal, the Palazzo Donà-Ottobon in Fondamenta San Severo in Castello, Palazzo Donà Balbi in Santa Croce, and the Palazzo Donà dalle Rose in Cannaregio.

The Palazzo Bernardo a San Polo, also known as the Giustinian Bernardo is a Gothic-style palace located between Palazzo Querini Dubois and across the Rio del la Madoneta, Casa Sicher, on the Grand Canal in the sestiere of San Polo of Venice, Italy.

Teatro Sant'Apollinare, also known by its nickname Teatro Sant'Aponal, was an Italian public opera house established in 1651 in Venice in what is today Petriana Court. The Sant'Apollinare was established in a residential building and equipped with advanced stage machinery intended to allow for spectacular stage shows. It was managed in 1651 by impessario and librettist Giovanni Faustini, who died during the first run of his opera La Calisto there. After his death, his brother Marco Faustini took over management of the theater. It was dismantled in 1661 and the rooms returned to residential use.

The Palazzo Querini Dubois, also known as Giustinian Querini is a Renaissance-style palace in located on the Grand Canal, between the Palazzo Bernardo a San Polo and the Palazzo Grimani Marcello in the sestiere of San Polo of Venice, Italy. It stands across the canal from the Palazzo Corner Spinelli. A second façade faces the rio delle Erbe. Opposite is Palazzo Querini Benzon.

The Palazzo Grimani Marcello, also known as Giustinian Querini is a Renaissance-style palace in located on the Grand Canal, between the Palazzo Querini Dubois and the Palazzo Cappello Layard in the sestiere of San Polo of Venice, Italy. A palace at the site originally belonged to the Giustiniani family; the original design is attributed to the studio of Martino Lombardo in the sixteenth century. At the death of Antonio Giustinian in 1732, his daughter Francesca, wife of Piero Grimani, inherited the palace.

The Palazzo Corner Spinelli is a palace in Venice, northern Italy, located on the Grand Canal, in the sestiere of San Marco. It stands across the canal from the Palazzo Querini Dubois. The palace was commissioned in the late 15th century by the aristocratic Lando Family, and built on designs by Mauro Codussi. The present facade, helps introduce Renaissance geometric style to Venice for its day, was designed by Codussi between 1497 and 1500; compare it with Codussi's Ca' Vendramin Calergi. In the 16th century, the new owners, the Corner family asked Michele Sanmicheli to reconstruct the interior. An interior fireplace was designed by Jacopo Sansovino.

The Palazzo or Ca' Cappello Layard is a palace situated in the sestiere of San Polo of Venice, Italy, overlooking the Grand Canal at the confluence between this and the smaller Rio di San Polo and Rio delle Erbe. On the Grand canal, it is located between Palazzo Barbarigo della Terrazza and Palazzo Grimani Marcello. It is particularly noteworthy for having been the residence of Austen Henry Layard, discoverer of Nineveh.

The Museo Fortuny or Fortuny Museum is an art museum in San Marco, in central Venice, Italy. The museum is housed in the Palazzo Pesaro Orfei, now often known as Palazzo Fortuny, where Mariano Fortuny (1871–1949) had a studio in the late nineteenth century, and lived from 1902.: 49 The museum presents paintings, fabrics, and Fortuny’s lamps on the first floor, together with the history of the palazzo and its atelier on the second floor. The building still has features created by Fortuny. The working environment is represented through wall-hangings, paintings, and lamps. Fortuny died in 1949, and in 1956 the Palazzo Pesaro Orfei was gifted to the comune of Venice; the comune took full possession only in 1965, after the death of Fortuny's widow, Henriette Negrin. Artempo: Where Time Becomes Art was an encyclopedic art exhibition created for the Palazzo Fortuny, Venice in 2007. It examined the relationship between art and time, and the power of display. The exhibition included variations of cultures and periods, and featured objects ranging from simple "objecte trouve", archaeological materials, applied art, old, classical, and modern art, to contemporary installations.The exhibition was made by Mattijs Visser and Axel Vervoordt, together with Jean-Hubert Martin. The accompanying book included essays by philosopher Massimo Cacciari, the curator from Magiciens de la terre, Jean-Hubert Martin, the former director of Centre Georges Pompidou, Heinz-Norbert Jocks, as well as Eddi de Wolf and Visser.
