A. C. Flora High School is a public high school located in the City of Forest Acres, South Carolina, a suburb of Columbia. The school is one of seven high schools operated by Richland County School District One. The school was founded in 1959 to ease overcrowding and accommodate growth in the Forest Acres area, and the school was named for Abram Cline Flora, an accomplished educator who served as the district's superintendent.

Dovilliers-Manning-Magoffin House, also known as the McKay House, is a historic home located at Columbia, South Carolina. It was built in 1856, and is a 1+1⁄2-story clapboard Greek Revival style cottage. It sits on a raised basement. The front facade features a one-story portico supported by four piers. It was the home of Eugene Dovilliers, an artist; the Manning family; and Dr. Ralph Deman Magoffin, a noted classical archaeologist. The house was moved to its present site in 1964.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Ensor-Keenan House is a historic home located at Columbia, South Carolina. It built about 1870, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, Italianate style frame dwelling. It features a central projecting pavilion with a steeply pitched hipped roof and full width front porch. It was the home of Dr. Joshua Fulton Ensor, second medical superintendent of the State Asylum (South Carolina State Hospital).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Richland Mall is an enclosed shopping mall near the intersection of Forest Drive and Beltline Blvd in Columbia, South Carolina. The mall has one anchor store, Belk, and one junior anchor Barnes & Noble. There are two additional vacant anchor stores that have both been majority vacant for nearly 15 years. The mall is nearly 100% vacant, with none of the few remaining inline tenants being retail-oriented. The mall has never received a major renovation and has an ornate late 1980s-early 1990s interior aesthetic.
