Vila Madalena is an upper middle class neighborhood of the Pinheiros district in the western part of the city of São Paulo, Brazil. The neighborhood is known for its bustling nightlife and its history as a center of São Paulo bohemian culture and art. The neighborhood is filled with dozens of art galleries and studios, an eclectic mix of restaurants and bars and a series of graffiti-covered streets and alleys, and is attracting young professionals.

Fradique Coutinho is a metro station on Line 4 (Yellow) of the São Paulo Metro operated by ViaQuatro. The station is located at Rua dos Pinheiros, 623 in the Pinheiros neighborhood. Although originally slated to open in 2010, the station was not inaugurated until 15 November 2014.

Largo da Batata is a public square located in the district of Pinheiros, in the Brazilian city of São Paulo. It is located at the confluence of Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue and the streets Pinheiros, Teodoro Sampaio, Cardeal Arcoverde, Baltazar Carrasco, Martim Carrasco, Chopin Tavares de Lima and Fernão Dias.The Metro Line 4 Faria Lima Station and the Largo da Batata bus terminal (under construction) are located there. Largo da Batata became a rallying point for political demonstrations.

Faria Lima is a metro station on Line 4-Yellow of the São Paulo Metro operated by ViaQuatro. It is localized in Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, between Rua Teodoro Sampaio and Rua Cardeal Arcoverde, in the district of Pinheiros. Had its civil construction concluded in February 2010. The prediction for the commercial operation was March 2010, but was delayed to 25 May 2010, day which line started operating between stations Faria Lima and Paulista. The delay was caused by the train tests. The station should also have a connection with future Line 20-Pink (Santa Marina–Santo André).

SBT São Paulo (channel 4) is a Brazilian television station licensed to São Paulo that serves as the flagship station of the television network SBT, a company of the Grupo Silvio Santos, serving Greater São Paulo. Its studios are located at the CDT da Anhanguera, in the Anhanguera Industrial District, in Osasco, and its transmission antenna, the Assis Chateaubriand Tower, is in the Sumaré neighborhood, in the capital of São Paulo.

MTV Brasil was a Brazilian over-the-air television network owned by Grupo Abril focused on the youth. The network was launched on 20 October 1990, as the first specialty television network to broadcast over-the-air, becoming the local version of MTV. It was the third MTV version launched in the world, and the first to broadcast via terrestrial television. The network headquarters was in São Paulo city, in the Avenida Professor Alfonso Bovero, 52, on the neighborhood Sumaré, which was formerly the headquarters of Rede Tupi. This building was listed by Conselho de Defesa do Patrimônio Histórico (Condephaat) as a historical heritage, becoming the first to be listed in the city.At the beginning of the 2010s, was considered the largest youth network and the seventh largest TV network in Brazil, it is still considered by Meio&Mensagem newspaper as the fifth most admired TV network in the country. Also was the first targeted TV in the country dedicated to young people, besides being the first TV network in Brazil to broadcast their programming 24 hours a day (without getting out of breath at dawn).The network ceased their operations on 30 September 2013, being replaced by a new TV channel operated by Viacom on subscription television. On terrestrial television, however, the network was replaced by Ideal TV.

RedeTV! São Paulo is a Brazilian television station based in Osasco, but licensed in the city of São Paulo, respectively the city and capital of the state of the same name. It operates on channel 9 (29 UHF digital) and is both an owned-and-operated station and flagship station of RedeTV!. The station's headquarters is the Digital Television Center in the Vila São José neighborhood, where RedeTV!'s programming is generated for the entire country.

Rua Oscar Freire (in English: Oscar Freire Street) is a tree-lined street stretching from Alameda Casa Branca to Avenida Doutor Arnaldo in the Jardins district of São Paulo. Named after Oscar Freire de Carvalho, it is known for having a large number of stores selling luxury goods.

Clínicas is a station on Line 2 (Green) of the São Paulo Metro. The station is connected to the main complex of the Hospital das Clínicas.
