It was built about 1837, and is a two-story, three bay by two bay, Federal style brick dwelling. It has a one-story brick kitchen addition added in the late-19th century.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Fair Grove Methodist Church Cemetery is a historic church cemetery associated with the Fair Grove Methodist Church at Thomasville, Davidson County, North Carolina. It contains approximately 400 gravestones, with the earliest gravestone dated to 1829. It features a unique collection of folk gravestones by local stonecutters erected in Davidson County in the late-18th and first half of the 19th centuries.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Moses Hammond House, also known as the Ragan House, is a historic home in Archdale, Randolph County, North Carolina. It was built about 1880 and is a two-story, cruciform=plan, Italianate-style frame dwelling. It has a cross-gable roof with a front projecting bay with flanking decorative one-story frame porches. Also on the property is a barn. The house was adapted for use as a branch bank in 1988.The building with the barn contributing was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The district encompasses 10 contributing buildings in mixed-use area in the city of Thomasville. The contributing buildings include three residences, the Memorial Methodist Church (1951), the Standard Chair Company Building (c. 1926), the Gray Concrete Pipe Company Machine Shop (c. 1923, c. 1935, c. 1957), and the Carolina and Yadkin Valley Railroad Depot (1913).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

Smith Clinic is a historic office building located at Thomasville, Davidson County, North Carolina. It was built in 1939, and is a small one-story, Art Deco style brick building. The building measures approximately 34 feet wide and 104 feet deep. It features a projecting entrance bay of case concrete with a stepped parapet over the entrance. For more than 35 years after its construction, the building housed medical offices.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

Since its inception in October, 1928, the library has grown from one room in the corner of a Thomasville school housing a collection of 200 books to a 19,000 sq ft (1,800 m2) independent structure housing more than 70,000 books as well as magazines and journals, non-print materials, public access computers, and meeting rooms that are generally free for public use.
