Muriedas

Camargo (Camargu, in Cantabrian) is a municipality in the province and autonomous community of Cantabria, northern Spain. Its capital is Muriedas.

Cacicedo is a village of the municipality of Camargo, Cantabria, Spain. The population in the year 2012 was 1.000 inhabitants.

The European University of the Atlantic (Spanish: Universidad Europea del Atlántico), or UNEATLANTICO, is a private Spanish university located in the Scientific and Technological Park of Cantabria (PCTCAN), in the city of Santander, Cantabria. This academic institution opened on September 29, 2014, with 8 university degrees and 350 registered students. The different courses will be implemented gradually, year by year, until completing the first class of graduates from Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic) in the academic year 2017–2018. All degrees from this university are adapted to the European Higher Education Area (Bologna Process). The Research and Industrial Technology Centre of Cantabria (CITICAN) is a part of this institution.

Maliaño is a village in the municipality of Camargo (Cantabria, Spain). The town is located near the Bay of Santander, 5 km from the regional capital. It is the location of the regionally significant Santander Airport. The population in the year 2004 was 7,301 (INE) and it raised to 9,563 inhabitants in 2009. In 2012 9.657 inhabitants.Maliaño is geographically divided in two parts, the Alto Maliaño (High Maliaño) and Bajo Maliaño (Low Maliaño). Maliaño Alto is the location of the Church of San Juan Bautista, where the sepulchre of the Spanish Renaissance architect, Juan de Herrera, is located.

Sociedad Deportiva Atlético Albericia is a football team based in Santander in the autonomous community of Cantabria. Founded in 1974, the team plays in Tercera Federación – Group 3. The club's home ground is Juan Hormaechea, which has a capacity of 1,000 spectators.

Cultural Deportiva Guarnizo is a Spanish football team based in Guarnizo, El Astillero, in the autonomous community of Cantabria. Founded in 1922, it plays in Tercera Federación – Group 3, holding home games at Estadio El Pilar, which has a capacity of 2,700 spectators.

The Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital, mainly known as Valdecilla, is a general hospital located in the city of Santander, Cantabria, in Spain.

Campo de Rugby Valle de las Cañas, known also as Valle de las Cañas is a rugby stadium located in the town of Pozuelo de Alarcón, Spain. It is a natural grass field opened in 2000 and holds about 500 people. The facilities are used by CRC Madrid plays for playing rugby in División de Honor, as well by Olímpico RC. The field was also the home stadium of Gatos de Madrid during the Liga Superibérica first edition in 2009.

Mies de Cozada, colloquially called San Román, is a multi-purpose municipal stadium located in the town of San Román de la Llanilla, in the municipality of Santander, Cantabria, Spain. It is an artificial grass field opened in 2010 and holding about 1,500 people. The facilities are used by BathCo Independiente RC for playing rugby in División de Honor and by Rayo Cantabria and Atlético San Román for football practice.

Guarnizo is a village in the municipality of El Astillero (Real Astillero de Guarnizo) in Cantabria, Spain. According to the INE it had a population of 4,463 in 2010.

Centro Deportivo Bezana is a Spanish football team based in Santa Cruz de Bezana, in the autonomous community of Cantabria. Founded in 1970 it plays in Tercera Federación – Group 3, holding home games at Campo de Fútbol Municipal de Bezana, which has a capacity of 3,500 spectators.

El Astillero (English: "The Shipyard") is a town and municipality in the province and autonomous community of Cantabria, northern Spain. It is near the provincial capital of Santander, and it is known for its shipyard, and for hosting of Spanish national Rowing Championships. Its location is geographically defined by the estuaries that surround it. It is located between the municipalities of Camargo (formerly part of El Astillero), Villaescusa, Piélagos, Medio Cudeyo and Marina de Cudeyo. Located at the foot of Peña Cabarga, is 7.5 kilometres away from the capital, Santander, and is 20 metres above sea level. The confluence of the rivers and the coast of the bay is a large expanse of wetlands where various migratory birds nest throughout the year. The municipality covers an area of 6.80 km.
