Kanti Children's Hospital (Kanti Baal Aspatal) is a pediatric hospital in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, Nepal. The hospital is administered and regulated by the Kanti Children's Hospital Development Board, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health, Government of Nepal.The hospital treats children from all over the country and other hospitals. It has a capacity of 350 beds. There are 36 pediatricians, 8 pediatric surgeons, 45 medical officers, 84 general nurses, 25 technicians and paramedics and 107 support staff. The hospital also runs a Post Graduate Degree class with accreditation from National Academy of Medical Education and Sciences (NAMS), Nepal.

Baluwatar (Nepali: बालुवाटार) (also Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward 04) is a residential area of Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal on the banks of Bagmati River. It is just 15 minutes away from what is known as the downtown of Kathmandu, New Road and Ason and shares borders with Lazimpat and Gairidhara. Nepal Police Hospital is a government hospital located in Maharajgunj of Kathmandu in Bagmati Province of Nepal. It was opened with an intention to provide free health services to in- service policemen, and ex-servicemen including their families. From 2075 BS (2018-2019), the hospital has been providing OPD services for public civilian.

Tundal Devi Temple is a Hindu temple located in Hadigaun, Kathmandu, Nepal. The temple is built in three stories with a pagoda style roof. It was built in the Licchavi period. Every year a Jatra is organized in Gahanapokhari to search the lost jewels of Tudaldevi. According to the legend, Tudaldevi lost her jewels while swimming in the pond with her sisters Mahalaxmi, Manamaiju, and Nuwakotdevi.

The National Deaf Federation Nepal (NDFN; Nepali: राष्ट्रिय बहिरा महासंघ नेपाल(ne)) is a non-governmental organization established and run as the umbrella organization for Nepal's various district and local deaf associations. Previously it was known as the National Federation of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (NFDH). It is a member of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) and works as an advocate for deaf rights, as well as running a number of programs throughout the country to improve the lives of Nepal's deaf population. Two of the core areas in which it works are sign language and deaf education. NDFN has worked on publishing a "Dictionary of Nepali Sign Language", and continues to collect and create signs for supplements to this dictionary. It also has trained and sent deaf sign language instructors to teach Nepali Sign Language to deaf who otherwise have no exposure to sign language. In the area of deaf education, it works closely with the Ministry of Education, the Department of Education, the Curriculum Development Center, and the various deaf schools in order to improve the quality of deaf education in Nepal.

Gairidhara (Nepali: गैह्री धारा) is a residential area of Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. It borders the Narayanhity Palace, Lazimpat and Baluwatar and is just 20 minutes away from what is known as the downtown of Kathmandu, Newroad and Ason. Department of Railways under Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport is the authority to develop, maintain and plan railways in Nepal. It has its headquarter at Bishalnagar, Kathmandu. Currently it maintains two in-operation railway lines in the country: Raxaul–Sirsiya and the Jainagar–Janakpur. It has several lines been planned.
