Model Farm (High Point, North Carolina)

Allen Jay School Rock Gymnasium is a historic gymnasium building located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1938-1939 as part of a Works Progress Administration (WPA) project at a rural consolidated school. It is a two-story, Rustic Revival-style fieldstone building. It has two small, one-story additions.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

Moses Hammond House, also known as the Ragan House, is a historic home in Archdale, Randolph County, North Carolina. It was built about 1880 and is a two-story, cruciform=plan, Italianate-style frame dwelling. It has a cross-gable roof with a front projecting bay with flanking decorative one-story frame porches. Also on the property is a barn. The house was adapted for use as a branch bank in 1988.The building with the barn contributing was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

William Penn High School, also known as High Point Normal & Industrial Institute, is a historic high school for African-American students located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The high school building was built in 1910–1911, and enlarged and renovated in 1929–1930. It is a two-story, 12 classroom Colonial Revival style brick building. It has a projecting three-bay entrance pavilion. Two other buildings associated with the High Point Normal & Industrial Institute are on the property. The Institute was established by Quakers in 1891. They were built about 1910 and are a gable end frame structure sheathed in corrugated metal with a distinctive monitor roof and a brick building with a low pitched roof. The school closed in 1968 and was re-opened in 2003 as an arts magnet high school, Penn-Griffin School for the Arts.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Guilford County Office and Court Building is a historic office and municipal and North Carolina Superior Court courthouse building located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1937, and is a two-story, three part, Art Moderne style brick building. It has a stylized entrance with three unornamented pilasters without capitals, which extend above the roofline.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

First Baptist Church was a historic African-American Baptist church located in High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The Late Gothic Revival style brick church was built in 1907. It was significantly remodeled, enlarged, and a new facade added in the early-1950s. The church was slated for demolition in September 2013 and was demolished in September 2015.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.

Kilby Hotel is a historic hotel building located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1910, and is a three-story, brick building with shops on its first story. It has a shallow bracketed canopy, fine brickwork, and arched windows. The hotel was one of High Point's most important black owned businesses and served predominantly African-American patrons.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. In 2012, the structure was deemed unsafe, and it was demolished in 2014 after two of its walls collapsed in a storm.

Washington Street Historic District is a national historic district located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The district encompasses 36 contributing buildings and 1 contributing structure in a predominantly African-American section of High Point. They date from the early- to mid-20th century and include a mix of commercial and residential buildings in a variety of popular architectural styles including Art Moderne, Classical Revival architecture, Colonial Revival architecture, Gothic Revival architecture, and Bungalow / American Craftsman architecture. Located in the district and listed separately are the Kilby Hotel, First Baptist Church, and William Penn High School. Other notable buildings include the Odd Fellows Hall, Morgan Apartments, Hoover's Funeral Home, the Toussaint L’Ouverture Lodge No. 524, Yarborough Law Building and the Washington Street Branch of the High Point Public Library.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

Highland Cotton Mills Village Historic District is a historic mill village and national historic district located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The district encompasses 177 contributing buildings (165 are mill houses) and 1 contributing structure. They include the two mills and the shipping and packing building at the Highland Cotton Mills, the Highland Cotton Mills Office, the Highland Methodist Church and its parsonage, the Johnson Farm House.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

High Point station is an intermodal transit station in High Point, North Carolina, United States. Its main building serves as an Amtrak train station, while the Broad Avenue Terminal serves as the bus terminus for both High Point Transit System (HPTS) and the Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART). The station is located in downtown High Point and near the West High Street Historic District.

Market Square is a furniture showroom complex in High Point, North Carolina, owned by International Market Centers which is the largest building in North Carolina on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), and the sixth largest in the United States. Known also as Tomlinson Chair Manufacturing Company Complex, it was listed on the NRHP under that name. The former manufacturing complex includes the oldest factory building in the city, and its renovation has been credited with making High Point a successful furniture exhibition center. A 16-story addition in 1990 is one of the city's tallest buildings.

It is based in High Point, North Carolina. The International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA) is a division of the AHFA, as well as the Specialized Furniture Carriers.
