Kilby Hotel

First Baptist Church was a historic African-American Baptist church located in High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The Late Gothic Revival style brick church was built in 1907. It was significantly remodeled, enlarged, and a new facade added in the early-1950s. The church was slated for demolition in September 2013 and was demolished in September 2015.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.

Washington Street Historic District is a national historic district located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The district encompasses 36 contributing buildings and 1 contributing structure in a predominantly African-American section of High Point. They date from the early- to mid-20th century and include a mix of commercial and residential buildings in a variety of popular architectural styles including Art Moderne, Classical Revival architecture, Colonial Revival architecture, Gothic Revival architecture, and Bungalow / American Craftsman architecture. Located in the district and listed separately are the Kilby Hotel, First Baptist Church, and William Penn High School. Other notable buildings include the Odd Fellows Hall, Morgan Apartments, Hoover's Funeral Home, the Toussaint L’Ouverture Lodge No. 524, Yarborough Law Building and the Washington Street Branch of the High Point Public Library.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

William Penn High School, also known as High Point Normal & Industrial Institute, is a historic high school for African-American students located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The high school building was built in 1910–1911, and enlarged and renovated in 1929–1930. It is a two-story, 12 classroom Colonial Revival style brick building. It has a projecting three-bay entrance pavilion. Two other buildings associated with the High Point Normal & Industrial Institute are on the property. The Institute was established by Quakers in 1891. They were built about 1910 and are a gable end frame structure sheathed in corrugated metal with a distinctive monitor roof and a brick building with a low pitched roof. The school closed in 1968 and was re-opened in 2003 as an arts magnet high school, Penn-Griffin School for the Arts.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The Enterprise Building is a historic commercial building located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1935, and is a three-story, five bay, brick building with a full cast stone Art Deco-style façade. It was originally built as a two-story building and enlarged to three stories in 1945.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Its main building serves as an Amtrak train station, while the Broad Avenue Terminal serves as the bus terminus for both High Point Transit System (HPTS) and the Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART). Guilford County Office and Court Building is a historic office and municipal and North Carolina Superior Court courthouse building located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1937, and is a two-story, three part, Art Moderne style brick building. It has a stylized entrance with three unornamented pilasters without capitals, which extend above the roofline.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Market Square is a furniture showroom complex in High Point, North Carolina, owned by International Market Centers which is the largest building in North Carolina on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), and the sixth largest in the United States. Known also as Tomlinson Chair Manufacturing Company Complex, it was listed on the NRHP under that name. The former manufacturing complex includes the oldest factory building in the city, and its renovation has been credited with making High Point a successful furniture exhibition center. A 16-story addition in 1990 is one of the city's tallest buildings.

Truist Point is a baseball stadium located in High Point, North Carolina and is home to the High Point Rockers of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. The ballpark is bordered by Elm, English, Gatewood and Lindsay streets. Truist (formerly BB&T Corporation) is paying $500,000 annually for 15 years for the naming rights.The stadium hosted its first official event on May 2, 2019, as the High Point Rockers defeated the Sugar Land Skeeters in their first ever Opening Day game.The ballpark was renamed from BB&T Point to Truist Point in June 2020 due to the 2019 merger of BB&T and SunTrust Banks to form Truist.The ballpark has also been home to collegiate summer baseball teams in the Old North State League (ONSL): the Deep River Muddogs in 2020 and the High Point Hushpuppies in 2021.In 2021, North Carolina Fusion U23's men's and women's teams began playing some games at Truist Point.
