Bethania Township is one of fifteen townships in Forsyth County, North Carolina, United States. The township had a population of 9,200 according to the 2010 census.Geographically, Bethania Township occupies 23.20 square miles (60.1 km2) in northern Forsyth County. The town of Rural Hall is located here as well as part of the town of Bethania.

Stanleyville is an unincorporated community between northern Winston-Salem and Rural Hall in Forsyth County, North Carolina, United States. Most of the community has been annexed by Winston-Salem. Stanleyville is located along North Carolina Highway 66 (NC 66) near the NC 74 interchange with U.S. Route 52 (US 52). It is home to many farms and recently has seen a surge in commercial expansion. It does not have a post office, so all mail is routed through adjoining Rural Hall.

Calvary Christian School (CCS) is a Christian, Independent Baptist private school located in King, North Carolina that was founded in 1982 by Roger Baker. In 2021, an all new state-of-the-art school building was built next to the Calvary Baptist Church.

Clayton Family Farm, also known as John and Matthew Clayton Farm, is a historic farm complex and national historic district located at Stanleyville, Forsyth County, North Carolina. The district encompasses eight contributing buildings and four contributing sites dated between about 1800 and 1931. They include two historic roadbeds, an historic pond site, the weatherboarded log John Clayton House (c. 1800), the brick Greek Revival style Matthew C. Clayton House (1879), the former Clayton Store, five log and frame outbuildings, and the family cemetery.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

St. Philips Episcopal Church, also known as St. Philips Church, is a historic Episcopal church located on NC 65 and 8 and SR 1957 in Germanton, Stokes County, North Carolina. It was built in 1890, consecrated in 1894, and is a one-story, Gothic Revival style board-and-batten frame building. It features a two-stage corner tower and belfry.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Dr. Beverly Jones House is a historic plantation house located near Bethania, Forsyth County, North Carolina. It was designed by noted Virginia architect Dabney Cosby (1779-1862) and built in 1846–1847. It is a two-story, three bay by two bay, Neoclassical style brick dwelling with a two-story rear wing. Also on the property are the contributing kitchen, smokehouse, and three slave houses.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Tobaccoville is a village in Forsyth and Stokes counties in the U.S. state of North Carolina. The population was 2,209 at the 2020 census. While a Tobaccoville post office was established in 1879, the village was not incorporated until 1991, as a defense against forced annexation of the area by the nearby city of King.

Meadows Township is one of nine townships in Stokes County, North Carolina, United States. The township had a population of 5,279 according to the 2000 census. Geographically, Meadows Township occupies 53.4 square miles (138 km2) in south-central Stokes County. The township's southern border is with Forsyth County. There are no incorporated municipalities in Meadows Township but there are several unincorporated communities, including Brook Cove and Germanton. Meadows is the home of JT Outfitters, Inc.; a large mail order auto parts house.

Mountain View is an unincorporated community in Stokes County, North Carolina, United States, approximately three miles northeast of King.

Germanton Methodist Church and Cemetery is a historic Methodist church and cemetery located on Main Street at the junction of Main Street and Willow Street in Germanton, Stokes County, North Carolina. It was built in 1856, and is a simple two-story, rectangular brick building with a front gable roof, with Greek Revival detailing. It features a central three-part belfry atop the roof. The cemetery contains markers dated to the 1820s.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
