Namaste Tower is a 310 m (1,017 ft) tall skyscraper mega project in Mumbai, India. It would have been a mixed-use skyscraper with 63 floors that will house a 380-room W Hotel, office and retail space. It was designed by Atkins, Dubai. The design resembles the Namaste gesture: two wings of the hotel are clasped together like hands greeting. It would have been built in Lower Parel, Mumbai, on land previously owned by Ambika Mills. The land was acquired by the builders using redevelopment models.

Science Centre is an underground metro station located in the Worli neighbourhood, on the North–South corridor of the Aqua Line of the Mumbai Metro in Mumbai, India. It provides connectivity to the Nehru Science Centre. The station was opened to public on 9 October 2025, along with the remaining section of the Aqua Line from Acharya Atre Chowk to Cuffe Parade.

Lower Parel (Pronunciation: [pəɾəɭ], [pəɾeːl]; station code: PL) railway station is a railway station on the Western Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway, India. The next station south is Mahalaxmi railway station; the next station north is Prabhadevi. Lower Parel railway station has three platforms. From platform no.1, slow local trains go towards Dadar-Bandra-Andheri-Borivali -Virar, from platform no.2, slow local trains go towards Mumbai Central-Churchgate, and Platform No.3 is kept as a reserve that can be used in emergency and during mega-block on Sundays. As Lower Parel has become a corporate hub, thousands of people use the railway station daily, which makes the Lower Parel railway station one of the most crowded local railway stations of Mumbai. It will have a connection to phase II of the Mumbai Monorail, due to open in 2015. The Delisle Bridge, which connects to Lower Parel, was shut to traffic in 2018 and is expected to reopen in 2023 after pandemic-caused delays.

Lokhandwala Minerva is a 79-floor supertall skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It will have two towers of 79 floors, each of which will encompass parking floors from 4th to 13th, two triple-heighted levels of World Class Amenities from floors 14th to 19th, 5-heighted open-to-sky Podium Landscape Garden on 20th floor with 2 Banquet Halls through floors 20 to 24 and a service level on the 25th floor, residential floors from 26th to 76th, and two penthouses from floors 76 to 79. There will be a transfer girder on level 50 and a service level right above that on level 51, dividing the tower into two separate configurations: 3 BHKs below and 4 BHKs above.

Acharya Atre Chowk (officially known as Nippon India Mutual Fund Acharya Atre Chowk) is an underground metro station located in the Worli area of Mumbai, India. It serves the North–South corridor of the Aqua Line 3 of the Mumbai Metro. The station commenced operations on 10 May 2025, as part of Phase 2A of the Aqua Line, extending service from Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) to Acharya Atre Chowk. The station was inaugurated under a naming rights agreement between Nippon India Mutual Fund and the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (MMRCL). The five-year agreement grants Nippon India Mutual Fund exclusive branding rights, including the prefixing of its name to the station, branding within the station premises, and mentions in train announcements and station maps. On May 26, 2025, the station experienced flooding due to intense monsoon rains, leading to the suspension of metro services along the affected stretch. The incident highlighted concerns regarding water management and drainage systems at the station.

Mumbai, the commercial and financial capital of India, has the highest number of skyscrapers and high-rise buildings in India. As of July 2025, 260 topped out and completed skyscrapers taller than 150 metres (492 ft), 70 completed and 5 topped out skyscrapers taller than 200 metres (656 ft) and over 4,000 high-rise buildings have already been constructed in the city of Mumbai. (A skyscraper is defined as a continuously habitable high-rise building that has over 40 floors and is taller than approximately 150 metres (492 ft) according to international standards.) The first skyscrapers in Mumbai were constructed during the 1970s, when Usha Kiran and Matru Mandir were developed and stood at about 76 metres (250 feet), or 25 floors, each. After a significant lull, construction projects since the mid-1990s began taking the skyline upwards, with a major acceleration in the pace of development since 2000, when the Lower Parel area began developing. Palais Royale structurally topped out in 2018 and is the tallest building in the country with a height of 320 meters, but remains under construction; the estimated completion of the building is in 2025 as per the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. The tallest completed building Mumbai is Lokhandwala Minerva, making it India's first completed supertall skyscraper.
