Sant'Elena, Rome

Pigneto is an underground station of Line C of the Rome Metro. The station is located at Via del Pigneto (hence the name) and will serve as an interchange with the FL1 regional railway once the station of the same name serving that line will be built. Construction works of the metro station started in 2007 and were finished in January 2015. The station opened in June 2015.

The church of San Leone is a church of Rome in Prenestino-Labicano district, in via Prenestina. It is dedicated to the fifth-century pope, Pope Leo I.

Santi Fabiano e Venanzio a Villa Fiorelli is a church on Via Terni, Rome. The parish was set up by Pope Pius XI, and the church opened for worship as the regional church of the Camerino region (served by diocesan clergy) in 1936. It was designed by Clemente Busciri Vici, with 3 naves, narrow side-aisles and a slightly slanting roof.Pope Pius XII visited the church on 13 August 1943, the date of the second air bombardment of Rome, and two stones (along with a bronze door decorated with symbols of air warfare) commemorate this event and the names of bomb-victims in the parish. However, it was not formally consecrated until 1959 by Bishop Luigi Traglia.

Circus Varianus was a large Roman circus, started during the reign of Caracalla (r. 198-217) and located in the palatial villa complex known as the Horti Spei Veteris (later the Sessorium), which included the Amphitheatrum Castrense. This circus was where Elagabalus (r. 218-222) raced chariots under the family name of Varius, giving the site its name. The circus was later restructured by Elagabalus, who removed the western end to create more space for the palace by moving the starting gates (carcares) back and building two towers at the end.Remains of the circus survive to the south of Porta Maggiore, next to the Aurelian Walls, near the church of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. The dimensions of the circus were 565 x 125 m, only slightly smaller than the Circus Maximus (600 x 150 m).In around 271 AD the circus was cut in two by the Aurelian Walls and the major part then lay outside the city walls so became unused.According to records in the 16th century, an obelisk was found at the site, measuring 9.25 meters tall. It had originally been located at the temple dedicated to Antinous at Antinoöpolis and was moved in the reign of Elagabalus. After being discovered, the obelisk was moved to the Palazzo Barberini in 1633, from there to the Vatican in 1769, and reached Monte Pincio in 1822 where it resides currently.

Roma Tuscolana railway station (Italian: Stazione di Roma Tuscolana) is a major station serving the city and comune of Rome, Italy. It forms part of the Pisa–Livorno–Rome railway and the Rome–Fiumicino railway. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). Train services are operated by Trenitalia. Each of these companies is a subsidiary of Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's state-owned rail company.

The Church of Saint Anthony of Padua on Via Tuscolana (Italian: Santi Antonio da Padova e Annibale Maria) is a Roman Catholic titular church in Rome, built for the religious congregation of the Rogationists of the Heart of Jesus, to whose founder Saint Annibale Maria di Francia is co-concercrated the church along with Saint Anthony of Padua. Having been completed in 1948 it was given to the Rogationists fathers, before being concercrated on 27 May 1965 by Cardinal Luigi Traglia. On 5 March 1973 Pope Paul VI granted it a titular church as a seat for Cardinals.The most recent Cardinal Priest of this church is Jean Zerbo, Archbishop of Bamako.

Lodi is an underground station of Line C of the Rome Metro. It served as the western terminus of Line C since its opening, on June 29, 2015, until May 12, 2018, when the terminus moved to San Giovanni. The station is not exactly located in Piazza Lodi, after which it is named, but further west in Via La Spezia, between Via Orvieto and Piazza Camerino. Works started in 2007 and were finished in January 2015. The station opened on 29 June 2015.

The Pontifical College of St. Casimir (Italian: Collegio Lituano S. Casimiro, Latin: Collegium Lithuanicum S. Casimiri, Lithuanian: Popiežiškoji lietuvių Šv. Kazimiero kolegija) is a priestly seminary in Rome, Italy. Named after Saint Casimir, the patron saint of Lithuania, it was established on 19 October 1945 to educate priests who had fled Soviet-occupied Lithuania.

The Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem or Basilica di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, (Latin: Basilica Sanctae Crucis in Hierusalem) is a Catholic Minor basilica and titular church in rione Esquilino, Rome, Italy. It is one of the Seven Pilgrim Churches of Rome. According to Christian tradition, the basilica was consecrated circa 325 to house the relics of the Passion of Jesus Christ brought to Rome from the Holy Land by Empress Helena, mother of Roman Emperor Constantine I. The basilica's floor was covered with soil from Jerusalem, thus acquiring the title in Hierusalem; it is not dedicated to the Holy Cross of Jerusalem, but the basilica was considered in a sense to be "in Jerusalem" (much in the way that an embassy today is considered extraterritorial). The current Cardinal Priest of the Titulus S. Crucis in Hierusalem is Juan José Omella.

The Amphitheatrum Castrense is a Roman amphitheatre in Rome, next to the church of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. Both the Amphiteatrum and the Circus Varianus were part of the palatial villa known as the Sessorium. The Regionary Catalogues name it as the "Amphitheatrum Castrense", which could mean it was an amphitheatre connected to an imperial residence, which was not uncommon.

The church of St. Luke the Evangelist is a church of Rome in Prenestino-Labicano district, in Largo San Luca Evangelista (via Roberto Malatesta).

The National Museum of Musical Instruments is situated in the Palazzina Samoggia in Rome. The museum, owned by the MIBACT since December 2014 is one of 43 museums pertaining to the Polo museale del Lazio. The museum had 9,164 visitors in 2015.
