Hasanpur is a village in East Delhi, India. Hasanpur is located in prime area of East Delhi – near Patparganj and Mayur Vihar. Village was recently in news when DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) decided to pay a sum of Rs.5.91 crores for easement rights of plots measuring about 700 m². Owing to its location and easy connectivity, a large number of offices of advocates practising at Supreme Court have come up in the area. Famous personalities: Late. Pt. Kaushambi, a part of the planned industrial city of Ghaziabad, is an industrially planned and well developed region, under Vasundhara Zone of Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation. Situated at the sidelines of the Delhi-U.P. border, it provides quick access to the capital city. Although not large, the city holds a conglomerate of various facilities, such as a shopping complex, movie theaters, city parks, company offices, computer education, robotics training and housing societies. The Ghazipur landfill is a landfill waste dumping site established in 1984. It is located in Ghazipur, a village in the eastern district of Delhi, India. The landfill covers an area of approximately 70 acres (28 ha) and reaches heights of over 150 feet (46 m). Ghazipur has become one of the largest landfills in Delhi. The landfill reached its maximum capacity in 2002; however, it continues to receive solid waste from the city of Delhi. Despite efforts to mitigate problems, long term mismanagement at the landfill has created significant ongoing environmental, fire, and human health hazards, with the site emitting toxic gases, polluting groundwater, and creating an extreme fire hazard. A major fire broke out at the landfill site on 21 April 2024; the fire rapidly spread, engulfing several areas of the landfill. Toxic smoke from the fire has caused significant health and breathing problems. The cause of the fire is undetermined. The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has requested a reply from the relevant authorities, such as the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), regarding the recent fire incident at the Ghazipur landfill site within a period of five weeks.

Kaushambi is an elevated metro station located on the branch line of the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro in Delhi. Built as part of a 2.57 km extension from Anand Vihar station, it was originally expected to open in March 2011. After multiple delays, the station finally opened on 14 July 2011, with 200 parking spaces to cater to commuters in the vicinity.

The station is located in the Anand Vihar locality near the interstate border between Delhi and Uttar Pradesh and is a major connectivity hub of East Delhi. Mandawali - West Vinod Nagar is a metro station located on the Pink Line of the Delhi Metro. It was a part of Phase III of the Delhi Metro Network's expansion. The station was opened on October 31, 2018.

Swami Vivekanand Inter-State Bus Terminus (ISBT) popularly known as Anand Vihar ISBT, located in East Delhi is one of the three Inter State Bus Terminals in Delhi. Anand Vihar ISBT was built in 1993, but it became fully functional with effect from March 1996. It is spread over an area of approximately 25 acres and operates bus services between Delhi and two other states, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

Anand Vihar Terminal (station code: ANVT) is a railway station in the Anand Vihar locality of Delhi, India. It is under the administrative control of the Delhi Division of the Northern Railway zone of the Indian Railways. This station was officially inaugurated on 19 December 2009 by the then Union Railway minister Mamata Banerjee, and Chief Minister of Delhi Sheila Dixit. The terminal, spread over 42 hectares (100 acres), is one of the largest railway stations and will cater to all East–bound trains from Delhi after the second phase becomes operational.
