Rubber Research Institute Ground is a cricket ground in located at the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia Research Station at Jalan Sungai Buloh near Kota Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia. The first recorded match held on the ground came in 1993 when Malaysia played Singapore in the Saudara Cup.In 1997, the ground held ten matches in the ICC Trophy. The following year it held three List A matches as part of the cricket competition at the 1998 Commonwealth Games. These matches saw Kenya play Pakistan, Barbados play Northern Ireland, and Kenya play Scotland.

Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (Malay: Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah), (formerly Subang International Airport/Kuala Lumpur International Airport), often called Subang Airport or Subang Skypark, is an airport located in Subang, Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia. Subang International Airport served as Kuala Lumpur's main airport from 1965 to 1998, before the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Sepang was opened. Although plans existed to convert the airport into a low-cost carrier base, the change was opposed by Subang Jaya residents. The airport was repurposed to serve general aviation as well as turboprop domestic and international flights. In 1996, the airport was renamed after Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Al-Haj (Salahuddin of Selangor), the eleventh Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia and eighth Sultan of Selangor. Subang Airport is currently the base for Firefly and Malindo Air commercial turboprop services. Raya Airways is the only other non-passenger non-turbo prop aircraft landing and utilising Subang Airport Terminal 2. While heavily opposed by Ara Damansara residents of the noise of the jet engines, Raya Airways still operates out of SZB servicing DHL and other local hubs.

RMAF Subang (Malay: TUDM Subang) (ICAO: WMSA) is an air force base operated by the Royal Malaysian Air Force (Malay: Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia). It is located on the edge of Shah Alam, a town in Selangor in Peninsular Malaysia and shares runway facilities with the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport.

Denai Alam is a township located approximately 10 km north of the Shah Alam city centre alongside the Guthrie Corridor Expressway and is a part of Mukim Bukit Raja in Petaling District. Terminal Skypark Komuter station is a newly completed KTM Komuter limited express station located in Subang, Selangor, Malaysia. It was opened on 1 May 2018. The station serves the Subang Skypark Terminal (Terminal 3) of the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, providing the airport with a rail connection to Kuala Lumpur and the rest of Klang Valley. The station is the terminus of the 10 Skypark Link, which shares tracks with the Port Klang Line between KL Sentral station and Subang Jaya station before branching off towards the airport.

It is one of the stations of the MRT Kajang Line, formerly known as MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line and was opened on 16 December 2016 under Phase One operations of the line.

On 17 August 2023, a Beechcraft 390 Premier I business jet crashed onto an expressway interchange near Elmina in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Malaysia, killing 10 people. The aircraft was travelling from Langkawi International Airport to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport when the plane crashed two minutes prior to landing.

Elmina Rainbow Bridge (Malay: Jambatan Pelangi Elmina) is the rainbow pedestrian bridge in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. It has two bridges along the Persiaran Dillena and is maintained by Sime Darby Property. In addition, the rainbow bridge about one km (0.62 mi) away from the Elmina Central Park, the rainbow colours and unique architecture has attracted countless visitors to take pictures. In addition, the area is surrounded by greenery, and it has also become a picnic spot for picnic. In fact, the rainbow bridge is a sidewalk built on both sides of the road, embellishing the monotonous sidewalk, and playing a finishing touch.

The Kota Damansara station is a mass rapid transit (MRT) station serving the suburb of Kota Damansara in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is one of the stations of the MRT Kajang Line, formerly known as MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line. The station opened on 16 December 2016 as part of phase one operations of the line.The station is located near the SEGi University Kota Damansara and the Tropicana Medical Centre in Kota Damansara.

The Kwasa Damansara station is a mass rapid transit (MRT) station that serves the future township of Kwasa Damansara in Selangor, Malaysia, which is currently being developed. It is one of the stations of the MRT Kajang Line and was opened on 16 December 2016 under Phase One opening of the line.The ceremony to launch Phase One of line by the Prime Minister of Malaysia Najib Razak was held at this station on 15 December 2016.The station will later become an interchange station between the MRT Kajang Line and MRT Putrajaya Line which is completed and scheduled to be opened soon to serve public, with both lines having their terminus at this station.

The Subang Airport Mosque or Masjid Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Subang known as Masjid Hijau Subang Airport is a main mosque in Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang, Selangor, Malaysia. It was built in 1992 and opened on 1994. It is also used as an international mosque for tourists who arrive and depart from Malaysia. When Subang Airport was transferred to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Sepang on 27 June 1998, it was converted into a public mosque for Muslims from Kampung Subang, Ara Damansara and Saujana.

Puncak Perdana is a main township in the northern part of Shah Alam municipal area in Selangor, Malaysia. The township was built on a 240-hectare site at Bukit Cerakah. It is located halfway between Meru and the Subang Airport, and is also adjacent to Setia Alam. The original developer of the township was Central Challenger (M) Sdn Bhd, owned by Puncak Niaga and was its only project at launch in October 1996. It was built as a three-phase project and with the construction for the first phase began in November 1996. It was expected to become a "multimedia city" similar to Putrajaya.
