Chesterfield Street is a "virtually intact" Georgian street (except for No. 6, which is a reconstruction) in London's Mayfair district. Several of the buildings are Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.

The Embassy of Myanmar in London, also referred to as the Embassy of Burma, is the diplomatic mission of Myanmar in the United Kingdom.Kyaw Zwar Minn had served as Ambassador to the United Kingdom since 5 March 2014, when he presented his Letters of Credence to Queen Elizabeth II. In response to the coup d'état carried out in Myanmar on 1st February 2021, Ambassador Kyaw Zwar Minn publicly demanded, on 8 March, the release of State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi and President Win Myint with denying the legitimacy of the junta's rule. On 7 April 2021 Minn was locked out of the Embassy by its pro-junta military attaché.

The Myanmar Ambassador in London is the official representative of the Government in Naypyidaw to the Governments of the United Kingdom and Sweden. The current Myanmar Ambassador to the U.K. is Kyaw Zwar Minn. Although, the Burmese military claims that his position as Ambassador has been terminated, Burma's Foreign Affairs ministry indicated that he has not been recalled as Ambassador to the U.K.

The Embassy of Saudi Arabia in London (officially the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia) (Arabic: السفارة السعودية الملكية في لندن) is the diplomatic mission of Saudi Arabia in the United Kingdom. Saudi Arabia also maintains a Defence Attaché's Office at 26 Queen's Gate, South Kensington, a Diplomatic Office of the Cultural Bureau at 630 Chiswick High Road, Gunnersbury, a Medical Section at 60 Queen Anne Street, Marylebone, a Commercial Section at 15/16 Queen Street, Mayfair, an Islamic Affairs Section at 2nd Floor, Park Lorne, 111 Park Road, Lisson Grove and an Information Section at 18 Seymour Street, Marylebone.The embassy is situated in Crewe House, a detached mansion designed and constructed by Edward Shepherd in 1730, set in its own grounds in Mayfair. Built in the Georgian style, it is a Grade II* listed building. The house was considerably altered in the late 18th and early 19th-century. Much of its neo-classical interior dates from the early 19th-century, and some of Shepherd's original plasterwork ceilings may survive.

The Curzon Mayfair Cinema is a Grade II listed building at 37–38 Curzon Street, London W1, built in 1963–66 by H. G. Hammond for Sir John Burnet, Tait and Partners, architects.Historic England have described it as "the finest surviving cinema building of the post-war period, it is also the least altered." It is part of the Curzon Cinemas chain.

Crockfords (also known as Crockfords Club or Crockfords Casino) is a casino in London located on Curzon Street. The casino is located near and based on the former gentlemen's club in London called Crockford's. In September 1999, Kerry Packer reportedly lost £11 million ($16.5 million) at Crockfords overtaking the previous British record loss at the time of £8 million by Greek millionaire Frank Saracakis, which also occurred at Crockfords.In 2012, poker player Phil Ivey, won £7.7 million after beating the casino in a session of punto banco baccarat, but was refused payment due to allegations of edge sorting. Ivey admitted to edge sorting, considering it a legitimate strategy and later sued the casino, but the court ruled in favor of Crockfords, stating Ivey was "cheating under civil law". Ivey appealed this ruling, but lost his appeal in October 2017 in the UK Supreme Court.

Les Saveurs de Jean-Christophe Novelli, also known as Les Saveurs, was a restaurant in Curzon Street, Mayfair, London. Owned by Marco Pierre White in the mid 1990s, it was purchased by Jean-Christophe Novelli in April 1997. The restaurant was Novelli's sixth to be opened in the Novelli Group, in agreement with Rocco Forte's RF Hotels. In the contract, Novelli agreed to pay 10% of turnover or a minimum of £100,000 a year to Rocco Forte.The restaurant opened in 1998, but was closed just a year later after losing money. Gordon Ramsay described the takeover as "astonishing, and involved Jean-Christophe Novelli, a man who Marco probably thinks should be in his eternal debt. Marco was dying to get his hands on Les Saveurs, in Curzon Street." Hospitality described the restaurant as "the upmarket Mayfair eatery that earned him [Novelli] yet another Michelin Star".The venue reopened in 1999 as Novelli at Curzon Street.

The street is located entirely within the W1J postcode district; the eastern end is 200 metres (660 ft) north-east of Green Park underground station. The street is thought to be named after George Howe, 3rd Viscount Howe from the House of Curzon. Before this time, it was called Mayfair Row.
