Company Business Towers is a mixed use commercial development complex (with two towers) in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, that was completed in 2013. In the original plans, one of the two towers would be 189 meters (620 feet) tall and would be the tallest skyscraper in Brazil. The complex comprises high end residential units, commercial office and retail space as well as a hotel. The project was modified and the tallest tower was not built to the originally intended height. The actual height of the building is 158 m (518 ft). The name of the complex was also modified, and it is currently called Brookfield Towers.

Vibra São Paulo (formerly known as Credicard Hall) is a music theatre in the Santo Amaro neighbourhood, city of São Paulo, Brazil. It opened in September 1999, with capacity for 7,000 people. Considered to be one of the largest indoor entertainment venues in Brazil and one of the largest in Latin America. The 60th anniversary of Miss Universe 2011 pageant was held on September 12 that year at the hall. It used to be called Credicard Hall in most of its history, but its name changed in October 2019 due to a naming rights partner. The theatre closed on March 31, 2021. On 1 April 2022, the reopening of the venue was announced under its new name Vibra São Paulo following an agreement between the new house manager, Opus Entertenimento, and the biofuel company Vibra Energia. The venue officially reopened in May.

Burle Marx Park (Portuguese: Parque Burle Marx) is located in the Vila Andrade district, in the Brazilian city of São Paulo. It offers a contemplative proposal aimed at preserving the remnants of São Paulo's Atlantic Forest, similar to the Carmo and Anhanguera parks. Inaugurated in 1995, it was inspired by the design made by Roberto Burle Marx for the gardens of the mansion that Baby Pignatari started to build on the site. The house, which was never finished, was later demolished and the gardens that had been planted were reused for the park.Covering an area of approximately 138,000 square meters, the park includes trail areas, the Jabuticabeira Forest, the Lake District, a large central lawn, a playground, a community garden, a composting station and a space for events. It also includes important structures such as the Casa de Taipa e Pilão, used by the bandeirantes, and the Burle Marx Garden, one of the main attractions.It is classified as a public municipal park, but is managed by the Aron Birmann Foundation, a non-profit civil society organization in the public interest, which received the right to manage the site after signing an agreement with São Paulo City Hall. Currently, the foundation's private management operates the park with funds from events, product sales, image rights, parking, projects and donations.

Alto das Nações is a mixed-use real estate complex under construction located in the Granja Julieta neighborhood, in the South Zone of São Paulo. The project, with 320 thousand square meters of private area, houses a shopping center, a mixed-use tower and a Carrefour hypermarket, since the project is a partnership between Carrefour Property (from Grupo Carrefour Brasil) and WTorre, and will house residential and corporate towers, which will be the tallest corporate building in Brazil, at 219 meters high. With the aim of seeking sustainable solutions, it has, among other things, the use of natural light, large living areas and will house more than three hundred native trees in a shaded square. It is expected that around fourteen thousand people will circulate through it per day. The project is divided into three stages, with the first phase having been delivered on December 1, 2022. It will reopen the first Carrefour store in Brazil, a shopping arcade, a mixed-use tower and the shopping center called Paseo Alto das Nações Mall — with a gross leasable area of 5,000 m2 and more than 40 stores, pharmacies, restaurants, a gym, a hair salon, a lottery shop, among others. The second phase of the project, scheduled for 2023, delivered a park and the interconnection of the complex with the Granja Julieta station. In the next stage, the corporate and residential towers will be inaugurated by 2026. The cost of the work is estimated at three billion reais. On May 31, 2025, the corporate tower, still under construction, reached 175 meters in height (out of a total of 219 meters) and became the tallest building in the city of São Paulo.

Santo Amaro is a district located within the subprefecture of the same name in the southern area of the city of São Paulo, Brazil. It was formerly a separate municipality from 1832 until 1935, when it was incorporated into the city of São Paulo. The district spans an area of 16.04 km² (6.19 sq mi), with a population of 85,349 recorded by the 2022 Brazilian census. Its most central part is the Largo 13 de Maio, where the Santo Amaro Cathedral and the Marco Zero (kilometre zero) of the old city of Santo Amaro are located. A German international school, Colégio Humboldt São Paulo (formerly named Ginásio Humboldt), is also located in Santo Amaro.
