Penrose Hospital

The Navajo Hogan is a historic building and restaurant located on 2817 N. Nevada Ave. in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 13, 1990. The building is currently a restaurant.

Old North End Historic District of Colorado Springs, Colorado is located north of Colorado College between Monument Valley Park, an alley between Weber and Nevada Streets, and Uintah and Lilac Streets. It was called North End Historic District until September 2015 when the district boundaries were expanded and the neighborhood was renamed.The residential area was developed for middle and upper-class people in the late-nineteenth century. The architecture includes Spanish Colonial Revival, Georgian Revival, Mission architecture as well as more contemporary Modern Movement, International Style and Bungalow styles. The houses, built between 1885 and 1965 are generally in good condition.History Colorado, which register the district as a historic place, says of the neighborhood, "The architectural character of the district is also indicative of the various periods of growth in Colorado Springs, from the late-nineteenth century gold boom through the post-World War II population influx. In addition, a number of the district's homes were designed by well-known, influential architects of the day." It was registered by the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Roswell, now annexed into the city of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was a coal mine settlement near the northern bluffs of Colorado Springs and a 19th-century railroad junction. The town was located at roughly the present intersection of Fillmore Street and North Nevada Avenue in Colorado Springs.

The Fort Collins Municipal Railway Car No. 22 is a streetcar listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Since 1995, the car has been located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.The car was built for use in Fort Collins, Colorado, by the American Car Company of St. Louis in 1919 and was used until 1951, when the streetcar service in Fort Collins was abandoned. It is a type of streetcar known as a Birney "Safety Car". The Rocky Mountain Railroad Club purchased it in 1953 and moved it to Denver. After five years in storage, car 22 was moved to the Colorado Railroad Museum in 1958 and put on display there. In 1994, the Rocky Mountain Railroad Club began leasing No. 22 to the Pikes Peak Historical Street Railway Foundation (PPHSRF), in Colorado Springs, and the car was moved there in 1995. When the 10-year lease expired, the Rocky Mountain Railroad Club agreed to sell the streetcar to the PPHSRF, which has a short section of operational streetcar line. In 2007, PPHSRF, now doing business under the name of the former Colorado Springs & Interurban Railway (CS&IR), changed No. 22's current identity by giving it a new paint scheme and renumbering it as CS&IR No. 135.Car 135, ex-Fort Collins 22, is one of two preserved Fort Collins streetcars listed on the National Register. The other is Fort Collins Municipal Railway Birney Safety Streetcar No. 21. A third Birney-type streetcar listed on the National Register is Birney Safety Streetcar No. 224, in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Pikes Peak Greenway is a 16 mile trail in Colorado Springs, Colorado that parallels Monument and Fountain Creeks and winds through and alongside parks, like Monument Valley Park, and sports complexes. It connects with other trails, such as the Midland Trail, Bear Creek Trail and Templeton Gap Trail.

Monument Valley Park is a historic, recreational park in Colorado Springs, Colorado through which Monument Creek flows. It is a National Register of Historic Places listing and is on the Colorado State Register of Historic Properties.

The Ida M. Rice House, also known as Haskell House, is a Colonial Revival style building in Colorado Springs, Colorado that was built in 1927. It was designed by Thomas P. Barber. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.It's now featured on a Colorado Springs walking tour.

Dodge-Hamlin House was designed by Nicolaas van der Arend and built by Clarence Phelps Dodge in 1916, and is located in downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.The house was used as a private residence from 1916 until 1943, when it was incorporated into the Colorado College campus. It is an example of the Mission Revival architectural style, and is listed due to its historic use in the Colorado College campus, and its use by two significant newspaper publishers and editors in the city: Clarence Phelps Dodge, and Clarence Clark Hamlin.

Lindley-Johnson-Vanderhoof House is a three-story Queen Anne style brick house designed and built by William G. Fraser in 1892. The house is located in downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado and was used as a private residence from 1892 until 2000, when the Colorado College purchased the property. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.The property was listed due to the house being a unique and fine example of the Queen Anne style in Colorado Springs.

Edgeplain, also known as the Arthur House, is a historic building used as a dormitory on the Colorado College campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is on the National Register of Historic Places.Arthur House was built by Lyman Bass, a successful attorney who partnered with Grover Cleveland and worked for William Jackson Palmer's Denver and Rio Grande Railroad. Later it was home to Chester Alan Arthur II, son of President Chester A. Arthur.

The Palmer Hall is a historic building located on 116 E. San Rafael in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 3, 1986. It is part of the Colorado College campus. Built in 1904, it was named after William Jackson Palmer.

Montgomery Hall is a historical building located on the Colorado College Campus that was added to the NRHP on September 13, 1990. It is the second oldest building on the campus. It is used as a dormitory for women attending Colorado College. Montgomery Hall was named after Elizabeth Robinson Montgomery, the sister of the college's President William F. Slocum's wife.
