Palmer Hall (Colorado Springs, Colorado)

Colorado College is a private liberal arts college in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It was founded in 1874 by Thomas Nelson Haskell in his daughter's memory. The college enrolls approximately 2,000 undergraduates at its 90-acre (36 ha) campus. The college offers 42 majors and 33 minors. Notable alumni include Liz Cheney, Dutch Clark, Thomas Hornsby Ferril, James Heckman, Steve Sabol, Ken Salazar, and Marc Webb. Colorado College is affiliated with the Associated Colleges of the Midwest. Most sports teams are in the NCAA Division III, with the exception of Division I teams in men's hockey and women's soccer.

The Shove Memorial Chapel is a church located in downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado that was designed by John Grey and built from 1930 to 1931. The church has been on the National Register of Historic Places since May 22, 2005, and is of Norman Romanesque style.John Grey, the architect, made a very comprehensive plan of the church, and hired various craftsmen from around the country to apply the detail he wanted. The church is made from Bedford limestone mined and cut in Indiana, and Robert Garrison designed gargoyles and exterior sculptures around the building. Robert E. Wade painted the ornate roof inside the chapel, and Joseph Reynolds Jr. designed the stained glass windows.Despite being built in the middle of the Great Depression, it is widely considered to be one of the finest examples of Norman Romanesque architecture in the state of Colorado. The chapel is now located on the grounds of Colorado College. On the master bell of the chapel, Westminster quarter chimes cast in Croydon, England, there is an engraving of a statement by poet Kahlil Gibran: "Yesterday is but today's memory, an tomorrow is today's dream."

Edgeplain, also known as the Arthur House, is a historic building used as a dormitory on the Colorado College campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is on the National Register of Historic Places.Arthur House was built by Lyman Bass, a successful attorney who partnered with Grover Cleveland and worked for William Jackson Palmer's Denver and Rio Grande Railroad. Later it was home to Chester Alan Arthur II, son of President Chester A. Arthur.

The Lennox House is a house in Colorado Springs, Colorado on the National Register of Historic Places. It was added to the Colorado State Register of Historic Properties on August 11, 1999. It was built in 1900 by William Lennox and added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 21, 1999. It is private because it is residential. Added to the Colorado College campus in 1936, it served as the Student Union from 1937 to 1959.

The Plaza Hotel is a historic Renaissance/Mission Revival hotel located in Colorado Springs, Colorado and built by W. W. & G. F. Atkinson in 1901. The property is four stories tall and made of cream-colored pressed brick.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The Cutler Hall is a Gothic library building on the Colorado College campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places.It was the first building on the Colorado College campus, built between 1877 and 1880. Called "the College" it held all the offices, classrooms, a library, auditorium, and more for the burgeoning school. It is now used by the financial aid and admissions departments.

Lindley-Johnson-Vanderhoof House is a three-story Queen Anne style brick house designed and built by William G. Fraser in 1892. The house is located in downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado and was used as a private residence from 1892 until 2000, when the Colorado College purchased the property. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.The property was listed due to the house being a unique and fine example of the Queen Anne style in Colorado Springs.

Montgomery Hall is a historical building located on the Colorado College Campus that was added to the NRHP on September 13, 1990. It is the second oldest building on the campus. It is used as a dormitory for women attending Colorado College. Montgomery Hall was named after Elizabeth Robinson Montgomery, the sister of the college's President William F. Slocum's wife.
