Las Casitas Court

The Raymond–Summit Historic District is a historic district roughly encompassing the 400 blocks of North Raymond and North Summit Avenues in Pasadena, California. The residential historic district includes 22 contributing buildings. The area was part of Rancho San Pascual prior to its development. In 1875, the Lake Vineyard Land and Water Company formed to manage the property. The company parceled out and sold the land and, between 1886 and 1904, the new owners built houses on their properties during a Pasadena building boom. Architectural styles represented among these homes include Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, American Foursquare, American Craftsman, Shingle Style, and a number of vernacular styles. Prominent Pasadena architects Greene & Greene designed a Shingle Style house at 450 North Raymond and two vernacular cottages at 442 and 448 North Summit; all three houses have Colonial Revival details.The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 9, 2011.

The court consists of five homes arranged on both sides of a narrow courtyard. Architect N. S. Bungus designed the houses in the Spanish Colonial Revival style. The homes feature stucco walls, clay tile roofs, arched entrances, wrought iron light fixtures, and ceramic tilework.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 15, 1994.

St. Andrew's Catholic Church is a Catholic church in Pasadena, California. Founded in 1886, it is the oldest Catholic parish in Pasadena and one of the oldest in Los Angeles County. Its Romanesque Revival campanile bell tower is visible for miles and is one of the landmarks of Pasadena. The interior of the current church, built in 1927, was modeled after the Basilica of Santa Sabina in Rome, while the façade was modeled after the church of Santa Maria in Cosmedin, down the hill and slightly upriver from Santa Sabina.

The houses are designed in the Colonial Revival style and feature clapboard siding and jerkinhead roofs. The Court at 533-549 North Lincoln Avenue is a bungalow court located at 533-549 North Lincoln Avenue in Pasadena, California. The court consists of four bungalows surrounding a central courtyard and driveway. The bungalows have an American Craftsman design and feature gabled roofs with exposed rafter tails, casement windows, and porches supported by Doric columns. T. G. Grabham, the original owner of the court, built the four homes between 1922 and 1925. Architect G. Tombelson designed the first two homes, which were both built in 1922; contractors Whitescarver & Pieton added the third home in 1923, and contractor Joseph G. Roth built the last in 1925.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 15, 1994.

It is bordered by Washington Boulevard to the north, Mountain Street to the south, North Marengo Avenue to the west, and Los Robles Avenue to the east.

Kosy Knook Court is a bungalow court located at 830 Brooks Avenue in Pasadena, California. The court was constructed in 1922 and designed by G. W. Tombleson. The court includes five identical homes arranged around a central path; it originally included two garages as well, which have since been removed. The homes were designed in the Colonial Revival style and feature entrance porticos, windows with multiple panes, wood siding, and jerkinhead roofs.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 15, 1994.

Mission Court is a bungalow court located at 567 N. Oakland Ave. in Pasadena, California. The court consists of eight buildings containing fourteen residential units which surround a central courtyard. Built in 1913, the court was designed by architect J. F. Walker. The houses in the court were designed in the Mission Revival style; the court is the oldest Mission Revival bungalow court in Pasadena. The houses' designs feature broken parapets along the roofs and porches with either recessed arch entrances or tiled shed roofs. The courtyard includes two buttressed piers topped by lamps.The court was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 11, 1983.

Bowen Court is a bungalow court located at 539 E. Villa St. in Pasadena, Los Angeles County, California. The court includes 23 bungalows arranged in an "L" shape and is one of the largest bungalow courts in southern California. Built from 1910 to 1912, Bowen Court is the oldest bungalow court in Pasadena. The court was designed by Arthur and Alfred Heineman, who planned the court around a Craftsman style courtyard.The court was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 17, 1982.
