Pedralbes (Catalan pronunciation: [pəˈðɾalβəs], Old Catalan for white stones) is a neighborhood in Les Corts district of Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). Before the administrative division of 1984, the neighborhood was part of Sarrià and the former municipality of Sant Vicenç de Sarrià. Pedralbes was the home of the Infanta Cristina of Spain from 2004 to 2013. The Lycée Français de Barcelone, a French international school, is located in Pedralbes.Pedralbes was completely transformed beginning in the 1940s with the urbanisation of the area. Pedralbes is today Barcelona's most upmarket residential area, with large mansions surrounded by gardens, around Avinguda de Pearson, or isolated luxury apartment blocks, around Avinguda de Pedralbes.

The Real Club de Tenis Barcelona - 1899 (meaning Royal Barcelona Tennis Club - 1899) is a private tennis club in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. The facility has 18 clay courts, including a stadium court with a capacity of 8,400 and show court for 2,000 spectators. Since moving to its current location in the northwest of the city in 1953, the club has hosted the Open Godó tournament, a part of the ATP World Tour's 500 Series. Over the years, the club has hosted many Davis Cup ties of the Spanish team, including the Inter-Zonal final in 1965. The first name of the club was Lawn-Tennis Club Barcelona. In 2017, the centre court was named "Pista Rafa Nadal" after the tennis great Rafael Nadal.

The Monastery of Pedralbes is a Gothic monastery in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It is now a museum, housing permanent exhibitions on its own art and legacy as well as third-party special exhibitions from time to time. The Chapel of St. Michael was restored and re-opened in 2018.

The Barcelona Open (currently sponsored by Banc Sabadell) is an annual tennis tournament for male professional players. The event has been held in Barcelona every year from 1953 (except for its cancellation in 2020), and is played on clay courts at the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona. It was an event of the Grand Prix tennis circuit from 1970–1989, except in 1971 when it was part of the World Championship Tennis (WCT) circuit, although it was also open to non-WCT players. The tournament is currently part of the ATP Tour 500 series on the ATP Tour. It is also known as Torneo Godó, Trofeo Conde de Godó, and Open Banc Sabadell. It is Spain's second most important tournament on the ATP Tour after the Madrid Open and the event generally takes place in the last week of April, when temperatures in Barcelona average a daily high of 19 °C (66 °F). Native Spaniard Rafael Nadal has won the singles title a record twelve times (2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2021), and in 2017 the center court of the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona was renamed Pista Rafa Nadal (Rafa Nadal Arena).

The Lycée français de Barcelone (LFB; Spanish: Liceo Francés de Barcelona, Catalan: Liceu francès de Barcelona) is a French international school in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. The school was founded in 1924 and is operated by the Agency for French Education Abroad. It has classes from maternelle (preschool) to lycée (senior high school).The main campus is in Pedralbes, while the maternelle (preschool) campus is in Bonanova.

The Penya Rhin Grand Prix was a Grand Prix motor racing event staged at the three different circuits in three different eras in Spain. The race was held intermittently over its history, sometimes for full-size Grand Prix cars, sometimes for sports cars. In the 1920s, it was held at a street circuit in Vilafranca del Penedès. In the 1930s the race was revived at a parkland circuit in Montjuïc. In the 1950s after the war it was held at the Pedralbes Circuit.

The Pedralbes Circuit (Spanish: Circuito de Pedralbes) was a 6.333 km (3.935 mi) street racing course in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.First opened in 1946 in the western suburbs of the city, in the Pedralbes neighbourhood, the course featured wide streets and expansive, sweeping corners; both drivers and racing fans loved the course. The circuit hosted the Penya Rhin Grand Prix four times (1946, 1948, 1950 and 1954.). The circuit also hosted the Spanish Grand Prix in 1951 and 1954 Due to stricter safety rules following the 1955 Le Mans disaster, the Pedralbes Circuit was permanently retired as a racing venue.

The Barcelona Supercomputing Center (Spanish: Centro Nacional de Supercomputación) is a public research center located in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It hosts MareNostrum, a 13.7 Petaflops, Intel Xeon Platinum-based supercomputer, which also includes clusters of emerging technologies. In June 2017, it ranked 13th in the world. As of November 2021, it dropped to 74th.
