Breedeweg is a village in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is located in the municipality of Berg en Dal, about 1 km south of Groesbeek.It was first mentioned in 1899 as Breedeweg, and means "wide road". The St. Antonius Church was built in 1934, and destroyed in 1944 during Operation Market Garden. In 1949, the church was rebuilt, and a monument has been erected for the dead allied soldiers and the two civilians who were killed by a grenade while cleaning up the debris.Breedeweg and Groesbeek have been expanding, and are now close to one-another. In the late 2010s, the municipality changed the place name sign to "Groesbeek Breedeweg". Nevertheless, it is still a separate village and not annexed.

Heikant is a hamlet in the municipality of Mook en Middelaar, in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is located about 1 km north of Middelaar.

Milsbeek is a village in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is a part of the municipality of Gennep, and lies about 14 km southeast of Nijmegen. The village was first mentioned in 1329 as Milsbeec, and is named after a brook.Milsbeek was home to 520 people in 1840. The former pottery was turned into a pottery museum in 2016, and has to last remaining wood oven of the Netherlands.

Berg en Dal (literally in English: Mountain and Valley) is a municipality in the eastern Netherlands, in the province of Gelderland. It was formed through a merger of the municipalities of Groesbeek, Millingen aan de Rijn and Ubbergen in 2015. The resulting larger municipality maintained the name of Groesbeek until 2016, when it was renamed to Berg en Dal after the village of Berg en Dal.Berg en Dal has about 34,714 inhabitants and covers an area of about 93 km². The municipality borders in the north on the Waal river and the Bijlands Kanaal, in the east on the German forest of the Reichswald, in the south on the province of Limburg, in the southwest on the forest of the Mookerheide (also Limburg), and in the west on the city of Nijmegen. Berg en Dal is slightly hilly with altitudes reaching the 75 meters, like the Duivelsberg. The International Four Days Marches Nijmegen crosses the municipality on the 3rd day (Day of Groesbeek).

Groesbeek (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈɣruzbeːk] (listen)) is a town and former municipality in the province of Gelderland, the Netherlands. In January 2015 the former municipality merged with Millingen aan de Rijn and Ubbergen. The larger area was known as Groesbeek until January 2016, when its name was changed to Berg en Dal.

Mook War Cemetery is the final resting place of 322 soldiers killed in the Second World War, situated in the Dutch municipality of Mook en Middelaar. The Commonwealth War Graves Commission is responsible for the cemetery.It features a Cross of Sacrifice at the cemetery entrance made of Portland stone, with a metal sword. A register and a guest book are present. The 322 burials are from the following countries: United Kingdom – 297 Poland – 11 Canada – 10 Australia – 3 New Zealand – 1

The Freedom Museum (Dutch: Vrijheidsmuseum), until September 2019 National Liberation Museum 1944-1945, is a museum in Groesbeek, the museum is about the liberation of the Netherlands at the end of World War II. The museum is located in Groesbeek, close to the German border. The structure shaped like a parachute was built in remembrance of the Rhineland Offensive (Operation Veritable, Operation Grenade, Operation Blockbuster, Operation Plunder and Operation Varsity) and of the Airdrop of thousands of allied paratroopers on the fields in Groesbeek during Operation Market Garden.

Mook en Middelaar (Dutch: [ˈmoːk ɛn ˈmɪdəlaːr] (listen); Limburgish: Mook en Middelar) is a municipality in the upper southeastern part of the Netherlands, at the northern tip of the province of Limburg and is a part of Stadsregio Arnhem Nijmegen. The municipality is located about 100 km from provincial capital Maastricht and has an area of 18.81 km2 (7.26 sq mi) of which 1.43 km2 (0.55 sq mi) is water.

Achilles '29 Vrouwen is the women's section of Dutch football club Achilles '29 from Groesbeek, Netherlands.The amateur team is called Achilles '29 Dames and pre-dates the professional team (Achilles '29 Vrouwen) which was established in 2015. The club has been competing in the Eredivisie for Women since the 2016–17 season.

Cuijk (Dutch pronunciation: [kœyk] (listen)) is a former municipality in upper southeastern Netherlands. Cuijk, Boxmeer, Grave, Mill en Sint Hubert, and Sint Anthonis merged into the new municipality of Land van Cuijk on 1 January 2022. The former municipality of Cuijk was established by combining the municipalities of Cuijk en Sint Agatha, Beers and Haps in 1994.

Cuijk (; dialect: Kuuk) is a town in the northeastern part of the province of North Brabant, Netherlands. It is the successor of a Roman settlement on the west bank of the Meuse, 13 km (8.1 mi) south of Nijmegen. Cuijk, which had a population of 18,170 as of 2020, was the centre of an eponymous municipality, which ceased to exist on 1 January 2022, when it was replaced by the larger Land van Cuijk municipality.
