Colosseum is a retail park in Bucharest, Romania, located in the northwestern part of the city, near Chitila. There are also plans for the construction of a shopping mall.

Dâmbovița Lake ("Lacul Dâmbovița") is a lake situated on Dâmbovița River in Bucharest and Chiajna, west of Morii Lake and bordering that lake. It has an area of 55 ha (140 acres). The lake is 3 km (1.9 mi) from the center of Bucharest (University Square) and is located between Morii Lake to the east, Giulești district to the north, Chiajna commune and Roșu Forest to the south. A projected underground highway entails a tunnel which will link Morii Lake, Dâmbovița Lake, and Chiajna to Centrul Civic, Unirii Square, and the A1 motorway.

Concordia Stadium is a football stadium in Chiajna, Romania. The stadium holds 5,123 people. It is the home ground of Concordia Chiajna. It hosted three group games, one semifinal and the final of the 2011 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship.

Chiajna (Romanian pronunciation: [ˈkjaʒna]) is a commune in the south-west of Ilfov County, Muntenia, Romania, immediately west of the capital, Bucharest. It is composed of three villages: Chiajna, Dudu and Roșu. The mayor of Chiajna is currently Mircea Minea (National Liberal Party).

Chitila (Romanian pronunciation: [kiˈtila]) is a town in the west of Ilfov County, Muntenia, Romania, situated 9 km to the north west of Bucharest. It is often seen as a satellite town of Bucharest. One village, Rudeni, is administered by the town.

Lacul Morii ("Mill Lake") is the largest lake in Chiajna, with an area of 246 ha (610 acres). The lake is approximately 6 km (3.7 mi) from the center of Bucharest (Piața Unirii) and is located between the Polytechnic University of Bucharest neighborhood to the east, the Crângași and Giulești districts to the north, the Militari district to the south and the village Roșu to the west. The lake is a reservoir, made in 1986 mainly to protect the city against floods. It is also a recreation area. Lacul Morii provides a constant flow to the Dâmboviţa river in the city. The lake was built by a dam 15 m (49 ft) high, with a central body of concrete, and earth dams extended lengthwise with a total length of 7 km (4.3 mi). The lake's volume is 14.7×106 m3 (1.92×107 cu yd), with a flood mitigation portion of 1.6×106 m3 (2.1×106 cu yd) beyond the normal retention. Effectively, to mitigate flooding, the lake's volume can be increased when floods are predicted. Making a lake near an urban area required decommissioning of existing uses, including demolition and decommissioning of a church.On the south of Lacul Morii there is a peninsula.

Străulești is a metro station in northern Bucharest, serving Bucharest Metro Line M4. It is the northern terminus of the line. Although it was supposed to be opened on 19 December 2016, as part of Stage III of M4 line, Metrorex decide it to postpone it until the first half of 2017 due to safety issues. The station was opened on 31 March 2017 as part of the extension of the line from Parc Bazilescu. It is located near the north-western exist of Bucharest towards Mogoșoaia and includes a new metro depot and a park & ride. Its main purpose is to encourage the people working in Bucharest to park their cars at the entrance of the city and continue their ride with the public transport.

Laminorului, originally called Laromet is a metro station in northern Bucharest, serving Bucharest Metro Line M4. Although it was supposed to be opened on 19 December 2016 as part of Stage III of M4 line, Metrorex decide it to postpone it until the first half of 2017 due to safety issues. The station was opened on 31 March 2017 as part of the extension of the line from Parc Bazilescu to Straulesti. It is located at the former tram terminal Laromet on line 20 which was closed because of the metro line's construction.

Parc Bazilescu is a metro station in northern Bucharest, serving Bucharest Metro Line M4. The station was opened on 1 July 2011 as part of the extension from 1 Mai. On 31 March 2017 the line was extended to Straulesti.

Militari Shopping is a retail park situated in the Militari district of Bucharest, Romania. Located on Iuliu Maniu Boulevard, it has 51,400 square metres (553,000 sq ft) of floor space.Beside the Auchan hypermarket and Praktiker DIY store, the shopping center hosts another 61 shops. For kids, Militari Shopping hosts shops such as Imaginarium, Toyplex, Okaidi and Sergent Major that sell toys, clothing, accessories and educational material.

Jiului is a metro station in the Pajura district of northern Bucharest, Romania, serving Bucharest Metro's M4 Line. The station was opened on 1 July 2011 as part of the extension from 1 Mai to Parc Bazilescu.The station is named after a nearby street. Before the opening, the name was changed from the proposed Pajura because the latter was deemed more suitable for a future M6 station located in the same district, but more centrally.
