Wisma FAM is a training facility and the main headquarters for the Football Association of Malaysia located at Kelana Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The Facility is founded by the Football Association of Malaysia with it purpose to serve as the Football Association of Malaysia main headquarters and also serves as a training ground for the National Football teams of Malaysia.

UNITAR International University (UNITAR) is a private university in Selangor, Malaysia. The university was established in 1997 and its main campus, which has a total built-up area of 280,000 sq ft spanning 15-storeys, is currently located at Kelana Jaya, Selangor. UNITAR is one of the first virtual university in Southeast Asia and among the earliest private universities that was established in Malaysia.

Subang National Golf Club (Malay: Kelab Golf Negara Subang) is one of the major golf courses in the Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located in Kelana Jaya, Selangor and near Subang Jaya across the Federal Highway, and consists of two 18-hole courses.It has hosted several significant golf tournaments in its history. It hosted the Malaysian Dunlop Masters several times in the 1970s and 1980s. It also hosted the Malaysian Open in 1983, 1987, and 1991.In 1977 Walter Godfrey started working as the club pro. He worked at the club for five years. During his tenure at Subang National he won the 1979 Dunlop Masters.

The Petaling Jaya Stadium , commonly referred to as MBPJ Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium and home for Petaling Jaya City F.C. together with Selangor F.C. in the suburb of Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The stadium was opened in 1996 and has a capacity of 25,000. It was built in time for the 1998 Commonwealth Games, and hosted the Games' rugby union matches. The stadium mostly being used for local football matches. Current tenant for the stadium are Petaling Jaya City F.C., Selangor F.C., Petaling Jaya Rangers and MISC-MIFA.

Glenmarie (also known as CGC-Glenmarie for sponsorship reasons) is a Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station in Glenmarie near Kelana Jaya in Subang, Selangor. The station will serve as an interchange with the Shah Alam line which is currently under construction and will be targeted to open in 2024. It is operated under the Kelana Jaya LRT system network as found in the station signage. Like most other LRT stations operating in Klang Valley, this station is elevated. Despite sharing the same name, the LRT station will not be an interchange with Glenmarie Komuter station on the Subang Skypark extension of the Terminal Skypark Line, which is located approximately 2.6 km away near Glenmarie Industrial Park. The LRT station is instead located on the Subang Airport Road adjacent to the neighbourhood of SS7, Kelana Jaya. There is a Park-and-Ride facility provided as well. This station also is near to MBPJ Stadium, that home venue to Petaling Jaya Rangers, that currently competes in the Malaysia third tier football league. There is also a walking distance to Lincoln University College. From 30 August 2017, Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGC) Malaysia Berhad acquires the naming right of the station, which is located around 100 metres from CGC's headquarters in Kelana Jaya.

Paradigm Mall is a shopping mall located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Own by WCT Group, started operations in 2012. It is the second mall project developed by WCT. The mall has more than 300 retail spaces, 6-levels with 700,000 sqft that is catered for youth and young families.

The Setia Jaya Station is a connected station located nearby Bandar Sunway and served by the 2 KTM Port Klang Line and B1 BRT Sunway Line. However, the BRT section of the station is called Sunway-Setia Jaya. The stop is located on the junction of Federal Highway and Damansara–Puchong Expressway and within walking distance of factories in the free industrial zone. Leisure Commerce Square & Mentari Court Apartment is just behind the station. A major landmark near station would be the Freescale LDP Bridge at Damansara–Puchong Expressway. There is no "paid area to paid area" link-up between the Port Klang Line and BRT Sunway Line and users have to exit the paid area of one system and enter the paid area of the other when transferring. The Skypark Link passes through, but does not stop at this station. Skypark Link trains stop at the adjacent Subang Jaya station instead.

The Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST) was established in January 1997 when, then Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohamad and a delegation from Malaysia made a working visit to Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and endorsed the establishment of a university modeled after MIT.

The Subang Jaya station is a railway station located in SS16, Subang Jaya. It is served by the KTM Komuter Port Klang Line and Skypark Link, as well as the LRT Kelana Jaya Line. The station is situated at the city centre of Subang Jaya behind Subang Parade and AEON Big Subang. It is a popular train and bus hub and is commonly used by college students for travel to and from colleges and universities like SEGi University, Taylor's University, Monash University, INTI College, the University of Wollongong and Sunway University. The journey time to KL Sentral from this station is approximately 30 minutes. Buses that offer services from the station include Bas Selangorku and Rapid KL.

Kelana Jaya LRT station is a light rail station on the Kelana Jaya Line. It was the former western terminus for passenger services on the line. It is the start of the LRT Extension Project which extended the current terminus to Putra Heights station. It is also the namesake for the LRT line. The station is located besides the southbound carriageway on the Damansara–Puchong Expressway (LDP) between exit 1108 and 1109, although there is an overhead crossing for pedestrians to cross the highway. Located nearby are the neighbourhoods of SS2, Kelana Jaya (SS4 and SS5), and Taman Mayang (SS25). As the station is on a major expressway, it is well served by bus connections that take passengers to the areas of PJ Utara (PJU or Northern Petaling Jaya), Tropicana, Subang Jaya, Sunway and Putrajaya. It is also a local taxi hub.

Sungai Way (Chinese: 双溪威) is a suburb of Petaling Jaya, Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia. It was established in 1949 during Briggs Plan, as a Chinese new village. After independence, Sungai Way become a populated place and its surroundings.had established new industrial zone (known as Sungai Way industrial zone) prior to the opening of Federal Highway, and also Subang-Sungai Way (Subang Jaya sections) and Bandar Sunway. Sungai Way has an official name as "Seri Setia". Naming of Sungai Way was adopted from nearby river as "sungai" and "way" in.English.

SS1, Petaling Jaya is an inner suburb in Petaling Jaya, one of the biggest cities in Malaysia's most developed state of Selangor. Also known as Kampung Tunku, it is about 5 km west of the city's central business district. Its local government is the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ; Malay: Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya). The neighbourhood also shares its alternative name with Kampung Tunku, the Selangor state legislative assembly of the same name.
