FK Šumperk

Šumperk (Czech pronunciation: [ˈʃumpɛrk] ; German: Mährisch Schönberg) is a town in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 25,000 inhabitants. It is an industrial town, but it also contains valuable historical and architectural monuments. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone.

Šumperk District (Czech: okres Šumperk) is a district in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. Its capital is the town of Šumperk.

It is named after Hanušovice town. The area is 793 km² and its average elevation is 527.2 meters. The highest peak is Jeřáb with 1,003 metres (3,291 ft) above sea level. The highlands mostly consists of crystallized slate and Paleozoic folded sediments with Neogene and Quaternary sediments in lower parts. Isolated rocks often occur on highland peaks.

Bludov Castle (Czech: Bludovský hrad) is a now-ruined former medieval fortification in the Bludov municipality in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It is situated on the top of the Na Starém zámku Hill with an elevation of 460 metres (1,510 ft). Remains of its masonry, ditches and ramparts have been protected since 1958 as a cultural monument.

Háj is an observation tower on the top of Háj hill in Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic, about 3 kilometres northwest from Šumperk. Its height is 29 meters and it has one viewing platform. Foot tower altitude is 631 meters above sea level.

The Margraviate of Moravia (Czech: Markrabství moravské; German: Markgrafschaft Mähren) was one of the Lands of the Bohemian Crown within the Holy Roman Empire and then Austria-Hungary, existing from 1182 to 1918.
