Tehelné pole

Tehelné pole was a neighborhood in Bratislava, Slovakia, characterized by the presence of several sports facilities. Administratively, the neighborhood belongs to Nové Mesto borough, situated around 5 km north-east of the centre. The German and Hungarian names for this locality are Ziegelfeld and Téglamező.

The Nová doba (New Times) Estate is a residential complex at Vajnorská Street in Bratislava, Slovakia. It was built in 1932 according to the plans of architects Fridrich Weinwurm (1885–1942) and Ignác Vécsei (1883–1944). The complex is an excellent example of the new urban, technical and economic approach being taken to solve the social housing problems. The work is connected with the socialist concept of the minimum dwelling (Karel Teige, 1932) and is also close to the ideas of functionalism.

NTC Arena (Slovak: Aréna NTC) formally known as AXA Aréna NTC and formerly known as Sibamac Arena and Aegon Arena for sponsorship reasons, is part of the Slovak National Tennis Centre in Bratislava, Slovakia. It has a capacity of 4,500 people. It has hosted concerts and various tennis matches, including the 2005 Davis Cup final between Slovakia and Croatia.

The Ondrej Nepela Arena (Slovak: Zimný Štadión Ondreja Nepelu) (also known as Orange Arena during the 2011 IIHF Championship, or as Slovnaft Arena) is an indoor arena in Bratislava, Slovakia. It is primarily used for ice hockey and it is the home arena of the HC Slovan Bratislava.

Eurovia Arena (formerly known as Hant Arena) is a multi-use arena in Bratislava. The arena has distinct shape made of two crossing parabolic arches covered by a suspended rope structure.

Apollo Arena Bratislava, also known as the Danube Arena, was a proposed a multi-use indoor arena in Bratislava, Slovakia. It was to be used mostly for ice hockey and basketball matches, as well as concerts and similar events. The 2011 IIHF World Championship was to be held in this arena, but later it was decided to renovate the old Ondrej Nepela Arena rather than to build a new stadium, as the city did not possess land in the proposed area between Apollo Bridge and Harbour Bridge on the right bank of Danube river. The arena was supposed to have a capacity of 13,600 people. It was named after the former Apollo refinery, destroyed by carpet bombing by the Allies in the Second World War, which was lying nearby on the left bank of Danube.

VIVO! Bratislava (until 7 November 2019 Polus City Center) is a shopping mall in Bratislava, Slovakia. When it opened in November 2000, it was the country's first modern shopping mall. The centre, with an area of 38,500 m2 (414,000 sq ft), houses a hypermarket, a cinema complex, 139 retail shops and several restaurants and bars. Part of the complex are two high-rise office towers: "Millennium Tower I" (80 m (260 ft)) and "Millennium Tower II" (100 m (330 ft)). Construction of a third tower, "Millennium III", is planned.

Stadion Pasienky is a multi-purpose stadium in Bratislava, Slovakia. The stadium holds 11,591 people. It is used mostly for football matches and was the home ground of Slovan Bratislava from 2009 to 2018. The intensity of the floodlighting is 1,400 lux.

The Millennium Tower II (formerly known as Polus Tower II) is a high-rise office skyscraper in Bratislava, Slovakia. Standing at 100 m (330 ft) tall with a total of 23 floors, the building was inaugurated in 2003 and is part of the Polus City Center complex known as VIVO! Bratislava as of today.

Glória is a high-rise residential building in Bratislava district Ružinov, located on Záhradnícka street. The construction took 2 years and the building was finished in 2006. Glória has 29 floors and is 100 m high.

Central is a shopping centre (shopping mall and entertainment centre) in the Ružinov borough of Bratislava, Slovakia. It was the sixth major modern shopping centre built in Bratislava, Polus City Center being the first. It opened on 18 October 2012, and it is the eighth biggest shopping mall in Slovakia with total shopping space of 36,000 m2. Central is situated in the centre of Bratislava with many public transit routes (buses, trams) having stops nearby. It is its location that gave the shopping mall its name Central (being located in the centre of the city) and it is often considered the heart of the capital. It is easily accessible by car (highway D1 has a few exits in close proximity) or by the public transit.

Kupele Central (Central Baths) were public baths in the center of Bratislava, Slovakia. Soon after their opening they became too expensive to maintain. There were many visions that aimed to reconstruct or build an entirely new building. After abandonment, Kupele Central began a life on its own. Various subcultures took the opportunity to gather at a place where "everything is possible". The building then included much street art and painting (mainly graffiti). During 2008 the building was completely demolished and a construction of a new 100 million Euro office, residential and shopping complex named Central started. The construction works were finished in spring 2012.
