Okkelberg Chapel (Norwegian: Okkelberg kapell) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Stjørdal Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the village of Skjelstadmarka. It is one of the churches for the Hegra parish which is part of the Stjørdal prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Nidaros. The white, wooden church was built in a long church style in 1905 using plans drawn up by the architect Ole Andresen. The church seats about 200 people.

The station is located about 42 kilometres (26 mi) from Trondheim and it sits at an elevation of 18.2 metres (60 ft) above sea level.

Hegra Municipality was the 337th most populous municipality in Norway with a population of about 2,762. The municipality's population density was 4.5 inhabitants per square kilometre (12/sq mi) and its population had decreased by 1.5% over the previous 10-year period.

Stjørdalen is a former municipality in the old Nordre Trondhjem county in Norway. The 2,253-square-kilometre (870 sq mi) municipality existed from 1838 until its dissolution in 1850. The municipality covered the whole Stjørdalen valley in what is now Stjørdal Municipality and Meråker Municipality in Trøndelag county. The administrative centre was located at Værnes where Værnes Church is located.

The village is the location of Værnes Church. It is located just south of the town of Stjørdalshalsen, along the Stjørdalselva river, and just east of the Trondheim Airport, Værnes. It is the church for the Stjørdal parish which is also the seat of the Stjørdal prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Nidaros. The white, stone church was built in a long church style in five stages from 1130 until 1190 by using plans drawn up by unknown architect. The church seats about 370 people.

It is located in the western part of the municipality, about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) southeast of the town of Stjørdalshalsen and just northeast of the Stjørdalselva river delta. The modern, stone church was built in a rectangular design in 2015 using plans drawn up by the architect Kai Rune Bakke. The church seats about 240 people.

The white, wooden church was built in a long church style in 1901 using plans drawn up by the architect Ole Røising. The church seats about 200 people.
