The Tijuana Mexico Temple is a temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) in Tijuana, México. Completed in 2015, the intent to construct the temple was announced by church president Thomas S. Monson on October 2, 2010, during the church's semi-annual general conference. It is the thirteenth temple built in Mexico.

Morelos Park is an ecological reserve in Tijuana, Mexico. It has a zoo, and an artificial lake with different species of fish and ducks. It also has 11 kiosks and 10 green areas for family parties and a barbecue area, which are free to use. It has a small train for children and adults, with its route circling all the way around the lake. There is a dock with small boats in which visitors can take a walk by the lake. two playgrounds, and also houses Baja Paintball, a paintball business which rents paintball equipment and markers and allows people to use its game zones, pedestrian walkways, and bicycles. The playgrounds contain some mechanical rides, along with some normal playground equipment, such as swingsets and slides. Morelos Park was inaugurated on January 27, 1987, during the administration of Governor Xicoténcatl Leyva Mortera, passing to the municipal administration in 1998, when the decentralized organization called Municipal System of Thematic Parks of Tijuana (SIMPATT) was created.

Cerro Colorado is a mountain located in the city of Tijuana. It is one of the highest elevations within the urban area and the most iconic due to its shape and location.

Plaza Carrousel is a shopping mall in the La Mesa borough of Tijuana, anchored by Sears (formerly Dorian's), a Soriana supermarket (formerly Comercial Mexicana and way before Soriana again), Cinepolis multicinemas, and Sanborn's. The mall was built on the site of the former Cine Carrousel cinema. The area around the mall is a retail hub known as "Cinco y Diez" (Five and Ten), named after a former "five and dime" store located there.

Otay Centenario is a borough of the municipality of Tijuana in Baja California, Mexico. It is the result of a merger between the former boroughs of Mesa de Otay and Centenario which took place on January 1, 2014.The borough is located east of the Centro borough and the Zona Río; south of the U.S. border and San Diego's Otay Mesa neighborhood; and north of La Mesa. Tijuana International Airport, and many maquiladoras are located here. Main shopping centers are the Centro Comercial Otay and Plaza Americana Otay, which is located in front of Centro Comercial Otay. The area is noted as the second gastronomic hub of the city, with many restaurants. The former Centenario borough has the largest number of factories and maquiladoras in the city. Its largest neighborhood (colonia) is Ciudad Industrial ("Industrial City"). Three of the city's most important streets, Boulevard Bellas Artes, Boulevard Industrial and Mexican Federal Highway 2, are located here. Parque de la Amistad (not to be confused with Friendship Park at the border in Playas de Tijuana) is a large park in the borough.

La Cinco y Diez (lit. "The Five and Ten", also written "La 5 y 10"), is the name of an intersection, pedestrian overpass over that intersection, public transportation hub and major retail district in La Mesa borough, Tijuana, Mexico. La Mesa is a borough of the municipality of Tijuana in Baja California, Mexico. This is where Morelos Park, the largest public park in the city, is located, as well as the Plaza Mundo Divertido, the Macroplaza shopping center, and the Centro de Enseñanza Técnica y Superior (CETYS) university. The public transportation hub and mass-market retail district Cinco y Diez, and the new (2022) Península mall and mixed-use complex, are both located in La Mesa.

Península is a mixed-use complex in Tijuana set which opened on September 20, 2022 along the Vía Rápida Oriente, the city's main east–west corridor, in the Colonia Chapultepec Alamar neighborhood of La Mesa borough. The lot area is 6.3 hectares (680,000 sq ft), with a gross leasable area of 275,000 square metres (2,960,000 sq ft). There are 3,400 parking spaces. The shopping center component has a gross leasable area of 80,000 square metres (860,000 sq ft), with 30% of the space dedicated to food and beverage and entertainment. Anchors include a 21,000 m2 (230,000 sq ft) Liverpool department store, a Suburbia department store, Cinemex multicinemas, Calimax supermarket, and Family Fitness, while larger mall stores include Innovasport, Zara, C&A and H&M. The restaurant zone includes a food hall as well as 4,000 sq.m. of patio space. There is to be a 5 star hotel with around 200 rooms, 2 residential towers with a total of 255 apartments, a hospital, gym, aquatic center, co-working facilities, and a 10,000-square-meter wellness zone.
