New Scene

Park One is an office building at Kollárovo Square in Bratislava, capital of Slovakia, across the street from the New Scene Theatre. The building contains offices at the upper floors and shops and a restaurant at the ground floor.

Námestie Slobody (English: Freedom Square), locally referred to as Gottko, is a major city square in the Old Town of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. It is situated in the wider city center, close to Kollárovo square and in front of the Summer Archbishop's Palace.

The Heydukova Street Synagogue is the only Jewish synagogue in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. It was constructed in 1923 – 1926 on Heydukova Street in the Old Town in Cubist style, designed by the local Jewish architect Artur Szalatnai. The synagogue is an important example of Slovak religious architecture of the 20th century and it is listed as a Slovak National Cultural Monument. It is one of only four active synagogues in Slovakia and historically one of three in Bratislava; the other two survived WW2 but were demolished in the 1960s. The building also houses the Bratislava Jewish Community Museum, installed upstairs, with a permanent exhibition “The Jews of Bratislava and Their Heritage” which is open to the public during the summer season.

The Episcopal Summer Palace (Slovak: Letný arcibiskupský palác, Hungarian: érseki nyári palota) is the former residence of the archbishop of Pozsony. The palace was originally in the 17th century a Renaissance summer seat for the archbishops of Esztergom (since Esztergom had been occupied by the Ottoman Empire in 1543, the archbishops were based in Bratislava). The baroque sculptor Georg Rafael Donner had a studio in the palace garden for almost 10 years. The palace now houses the government of Slovakia.

The Grassalkovich Palace (Slovak: Grasalkovičov palác) is a palace in Bratislava and the residence of the President of Slovakia. It is situated on Hodžovo námestie, near the Summer Archbishop's Palace. The building is a Rococo-late Baroque summer palace with a French garden.

Hodžovo námestie (English: Hodžovo Square, locally referred to as Hodžko or Mierko) is a major square in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. The square is located at the edge of Old Town, in front of the Slovak Presidential Palace, some 5 minutes walking distance from the historical city center. It is considered to be the center of Bratislava (although Main Square is also considered to be the center) and it is the place of almost all of the foreign states visits. A fountain called Earth — planet of peace is the centerpiece of the square, serving as one of the most common meeting points in the city. There is a vehicle underpass under this square as well as an underpass for pedestrians with shops and fast-food built in the 1970s (renovated sometime in the 21st century). Landmarks on this square include the Rococo/late Baroque Grassalkovich Palace from the 18th century and former Hotel Forum, an example of post-modern architecture in Bratislava. Hodžovo Square serves as an important public transport hub in the city. At the beginning of the 21st century new construction dramatically changed the look of this historical square.

Slovak National Uprising Square (SNP square; Slovak: Námestie Slovenského národného povstania, shortcut: Námestie SNP or Nám. SNP) is a square in central Bratislava, Slovakia. In the 20th century, it served as the focal point for national demonstrations for independence and sovereignty.

Námestie Nežnej revolúcie (transl. Velvet Revolution square) is a square in the Old Town borough of Bratislava adjacent to the SNP Square in front of the Old Market Hall. The square was given the name on 15 November 2019 to commemorate the 30 anniversary of the Velvet Revolution. The new name was introduced by the Mayor of Bratislava during a ceremony on 16 November 2019.

The National Bank of Slovakia (NBS) building is a skyscraper in Bratislava, Slovakia. Opened on 23 May 2002, it is the headquarters of the National Bank of Slovakia (NBS) . The NBS building is located in Bratislava I District – the Old Town, At 111 m tall, it is one of the tallest buildings in Bratislava.

National Bank of Slovakia (Slovak: Národná banka Slovenska, NBS), is the central bank of Slovakia, a member state of the European Union since 2004 and of the eurozone since 2009. It was formed on 1 January 1993 from the division of the State Bank of Czechoslovakia as part of the process of dissolution of Czechoslovakia, together with the Czech National Bank. In addition to its headquarters in Bratislava, the National Bank has 5 regional offices. Until January 2009, when Slovakia adopted the euro, the bank was responsible for former national currency, the Slovak koruna. The National Bank is an independent institution, whose main goal is to hold price stability. On the basis of authority bestowed upon the bank by the Slovak Government, the Bank represents Slovakia in international financial institutions and in international money market transactions related to monetary policy performance. As of late 2022, the governor of the National Bank was Peter Kažimír, who took up the post on 1 June 2019.

Slovenský rozhlas (Slovak pronunciation: [ˈslɔʋenskiː ˈrɔzɦlas]; "Slovak Radio") or SRo was a state-owned nationwide public-service radio broadcaster in Slovakia. It was headquartered in Bratislava in a building shaped like an inverted pyramid.

The Slovak Radio Building (Slovak: Budova Slovenského rozhlasu) is located in Bratislava. It is shaped like an upside down pyramid. Locals also refer to it as the Radio Diamant. Architects of this project were Štefan Svetko, Štefan Ďurkovič and Barnabáš Kissling and it was completed in 1983. The project began in 1967. The building is 80 metres high and has a 522-seat concert hall with a large concert organ. The first test broadcast was made in 1984 and regular broadcasting began on 27 March 1985.
