Sesame Place San Diego is a children's theme park and water park, located in Chula Vista, California. It opened on March 26, 2022, on the former site of Aquatica San Diego. It is the first theme park in the world to open up as a certified autism center by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). Sesame Place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was the first theme park in the world to be a certified autism center. Sesame Place San Diego is owned and operated by United Parks & Resorts, which operates the park under an exclusive license from Sesame Workshop, the non-profit owner of Sesame Street.

Ocean View Hills School is a public elementary and middle school in San Diego, California, United States, located near the junction of California State Route 905 and Interstate 805. At the time of its opening, it was the first new school to open in the San Ysidro Elementary School District in 24 years.

The North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre (formerly known as the Mattress Firm Amphitheatre, Sleep Train Amphitheatre, Coors Amphitheatre and the Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre) is a 20,500-seat amphitheatre located in Chula Vista, California adjacent to Sesame Place San Diego. It is one of the larger concert venues in the San Diego area. The venue is currently owned and operated by Live Nation.

Brown, USN, who was killed in an airplane crash in 1936. Its main runway is 7,972 feet (2,430 m) long. Its FAA/IATA airport code is SDM. Formerly Naval Auxiliary Air Station Brown Field, it is now a civilian reliever airport and a port of entry from Mexico. It is sometimes staffed by the U.S. Customs Service, but only upon request of incoming pilots to the Federal Aviation Administration. The development plans for the SDM airport have been announced on 4th Oct 2022, the development will occur in phases over 20 years. The plans include a new FBO terminal building and individual airplane hangars. There is also talk of adding a million square feet of retail and industrial buildings and possibly a hotel.

San Ysidro (Spanish for "St. Isidore", Spanish pronunciation: [san iˈsiðɾo]) is a district of the City of San Diego, immediately north of the Mexico–United States border. It neighbors Otay Mesa West to the north, Otay Mesa to the east, and Nestor and the Tijuana River Valley to the west; together these communities form South San Diego, a practical exclave of the City of San Diego. Major thoroughfares include Beyer Boulevard and San Ysidro Boulevard.

San Ysidro Transit Center is a San Diego Trolley station in the San Ysidro neighborhood of San Diego, California. The station is the southern terminus of the Blue Line and is located on a short rail spur of the San Diego and Arizona Eastern Railway. Located just north of the San Ysidro Port of Entry at the Mexico–United States border, San Ysidro serves primarily as a way to provide access to downtown for the thousands of international commuters and tourists who travel between San Diego County and Tijuana, Mexico. It also provides access to the large shopping areas, including the Las Americas Premium Outlets which are connected to the stop via a pedestrian walkway. An intercity bus station is located adjacent to the station. It is the second busiest station in the San Diego Trolley, with nearly 18,000 passengers using the station each day.

The United States Custom House (also known as the Old Customs House) in San Ysidro, San Diego, California, is a 1933 Spanish Revival building located 50 feet (15 m) north of the Mexico–United States border at the San Ysidro Port of Entry. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places with the full historic name U.S. Inspection Station/U.S. Custom House and common name U.S. Custom House.

The San Ysidro Port of Entry (aka San Ysidro Land Port of Entry or San Ysidro LPOE) is the largest land border crossing between San Diego and Tijuana, and the fourth-busiest land border crossing in the world (second-busiest excluding the crossings between Mainland China and its two Special Administrative Regions) with 70,000 northbound vehicles and 20,000 northbound pedestrians crossing each day, in addition to southbound traffic. It connects Mexican Federal Highway 1 on the Mexican side with Interstate 5 on the American side. The San Ysidro Port of Entry is one of three ports of entry in the San Diego–Tijuana metropolitan region.

Tecate station (Spanish: Estación de Tecate) was a train station in Tecate, Baja California. The Building has an influence on the architectural style of the first stage of American Frank Lloyd Wright. The station had a waiting room, cellar and office on the ground floor.
