HDB Hub is the headquarters of the Housing and Development Board. Is is located on Lorong 6 Toa Payoh in Toa Payoh, Singapore next to Toa Payoh MRT station.

Thomson Road is a major trunk road linking Singapore's central business district with the northern suburban areas of the country. The road is one of the longest in Singapore, starting from Novena in the south towards MacRitchie Reservoir, before continuing northwards as Upper Thomson Road towards Yishun and Sembawang.

Toa Payoh MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the North South line (NSL) in Toa Payoh, Singapore. Located within the town centre of Toa Payoh, this station is integrated with the Toa Payoh Bus Interchange and the HDB (Housing and Development Board) Hub. The station is underneath the junction of Lorong 1 Toa Payoh, Lorong 2 Toa Payoh and Lorong 6 Toa Payoh. The station was constructed as part of Phase I of the MRT system. In August 1985, Toa Payoh station was the first MRT station in Singapore to have its concrete structure completed. On 7 November 1987, the station was one of the first MRT stations to open for revenue service. The station has a bright yellow scheme with a set of coloured tiles at the concourse level.

Toa Payoh Hospital (Chinese Simplified:大巴窑医院) was a hospital located in Toa Payoh, Singapore. The hospital started operations as Thomson Road Hospital on 20 May 1959 and in 1997 merged with Changi Hospital to form Changi General Hospital located in Simei. The premises of the hospital was supposed to be taken over by Ren Ci Community Hospital but was eventually demolished.

Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home is an old folk's home located along Thomson Lane in Toa Payoh, Singapore. A second branch of the Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home has been opened along Silat Avenue in Bukit Merah.

Toa Payoh Town Park is located at the junction of Lorong 2 Toa Payoh and Lorong 6 Toa Payoh. Park size is 4.8 hectares.

The Burmese Buddhist Temple (also known as Maha Sasana Ramsi; Burmese: သာသနာ့ရံသီ မြန်မာဘုရားကျောင်း; Chinese: 缅甸玉佛寺; pinyin: Miǎndiàn yùfósì) is the oldest Theravada institution and the only Burmese Buddhist temple of its kind in Singapore. Founded in 1875, the temple moved from its original Kinta Road premises to Tai Gin Road off Ah Hood Road in Novena in 1988. The temple houses the largest pure white marble statue of the Buddha outside Myanmar, and has become a religious landmark for Burmese and Singaporean devotees to make merit and take part in merit-sharing activities alike.

The Old Police Academy (abbreviation: OPA; formerly known as the Police Academy (alternate: TRACOM), Police Training School and Police Depot) is a defunct police training school-facility located at 1, Mount Pleasant Road, off Thomson Road in Singapore. It was the primary training institute for the Singapore Police Force's Training Command until December 2005, when most of the school's functions moved to the new Home Team Academy in Choa Chu Kang. Today, it is being gradually demolished to make way for the upcoming Mount Pleasant MRT station as well as for future housing redevelopment and land repurposing.

The Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall, also known as Wan Qing Yuan, and formerly as the Sun Yat Sen Villa, is a two-story colonial style villa in Balestier, Singapore. The villa is now a museum commemorating Sun Yat Sen (1866–1925), the founding father of the Republic of China who visited Singapore nine times between 1900 and 1911. Located at 12 Tai Gin Road off Ah Hood Road in Balestier, the villa occupies an area of approximately 3,120 square metres (33,600 sq ft) and played a crucial role in the 1911 Xinhai Revolution by serving as the Tongmenghui's base in Nanyang (Southeast Asia) in the early 20th century.

Caldecott MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the Circle line (CCL) and Thomson–East Coast line (TEL), located in Toa Payoh planning area, Singapore. It is situated underneath Toa Payoh Link near the junction of Toa Payoh Rise, located near the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped, the Caldecott Broadcast Centre and Mount Alvernia Hospital. The station is operated by SMRT Trains. Initially planned to be a shell station tentatively named Thomson, in 2008, the station was announced to be opened along with the Stages 4 and 5 of the CCL stations. The CCL station opened in 2011. In 2012, Caldecott was announced to be an interchange with the TEL. Although expected to be completed in 2020, the TEL extension to the station was delayed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Singapore. The TEL station opened on 28 August 2021 along with the TEL Stage 2 (TEL2) stations. The CCL station, which is a Civil Defence (CD) shelter, features The Cartography Of Memories by Hazel Lim. Another artwork by Claire Lim is displayed at the TEL station. The TEL platforms are the deepest among the TEL2 stations at 35 metres (115 ft).

AETOS Security Management, now known as AETOS Holdings Pte Ltd, provides total security solutions and security services to a wide range of clientele. The company is officially an auxiliary police force permitted to be armed under regulations from the Police Force Act 2004.Established on 31 March 2004, AETOS began operations following the merger of the Auxiliary Police Forces of PSA Corporation Ltd, Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd (ST Kinetics), and subsequently Changi International Airport Services Pte Ltd (CIAS). This brought together the country's security units in maritime, key installations protection and aviation under one roof. It also conducts operations with assistance from Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).

ERA APAC Centre, formerly known as Hersing Centre, ERA Centre, Toa Payoh Entertainment Centre (Chinese: 大巴窑娱乐中心) and Toa Payoh Theatre (大巴窑戏院), is a shopping mall and former entertainment centre in Singapore. It is located near Toa Payoh Bus Interchange and Toa Payoh MRT station, beside HDB Hub and Orange Tee Building.
