Western Guilford High School is located in Greensboro, North Carolina, and is part of the Guilford County School system. The school has approximately 1,300 students and its sports teams are the Fighting Hornets. The school opened in the fall of 1968. In September 2000, Western Guilford was renovated via public bond. The design of the new addition integrates different components of the campus by introducing new circulation patterns. A new entry gallery at the front entry to the school was designed; along with art and classroom additions that form an internal courtyard. The addition consists of four basic elements: Classroom addition to the vocational building, a new "auxiliary" gym, a two-story classroom addition and a single-story art addition. Beginning the program in 2014, Western Guilford High School was North Carolina's first high school to offer College Board's AP Capstone Program. The AP Capstone Program, also known as the Advanced Placement Academy, is a challenging two-year program designed to train students for the independent research and collaborative projects common in college-level courses.

The Early College at Guilford (ECG) is ranked as the number one public high school in the nation, according to the U.S. News & World Report. It has approximately 200 students and is located in Greensboro, North Carolina. The school was started in 2002 as a partnership between Guilford College and Guilford County Schools as the first early college high school in North Carolina, allowing students to graduate with a high school diploma and up to two years of college credit from Guilford College.The mission of The Early College at Guilford is to make a positive difference in the lives of students by providing exceptionally challenging educational opportunities that support academic development at the highest standards. Through building bridges at the earliest opportunity between high school, college, and beyond, the Early College at Guilford seeks to awaken and mature the creative, social, and academic abilities of students. The Early College at Guilford offers a writing-intensive, fast-paced curriculum. In ninth and 10th grade, students take honors and Advanced Placement courses. 11th and 12th graders are enrolled in Guilford College courses and take courses taught directly by Guilford College professors alongside Guilford College students. Generally, only two courses at the college level - English and Physical Science - are necessary to fulfill their high school graduation requirements. All other college courses are electives. A college professor serves as their academic advisor, helping them choose among the college’s offerings. In the spirit of Guilford’s liberal arts mission, students explore all areas of the college’s curriculum. Each semester students select courses that bridge at least two academic divisions and three academic departments.The cost of tuition for all Guilford College courses is covered by both Guilford County Schools and the state of North Carolina via funding through the Innovative Education Initiatives Act.

Guilford College is a private liberal arts college in Greensboro, North Carolina. Guilford has both traditional students and students who attend its Center for Continuing Education (CCE). Founded in 1837 by members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), Guilford's program offerings include such majors as Peace and Conflict Studies and Community and Justice Studies, both rooted in the college's history as a Quaker institution. Ragan-Brown Field House is a 2,500-seat multi-purpose arena located on the campus of Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina known for its distinctive cathedral-like wooden ceiling. The arena is named in honor of Herbert and Elizabeth Ragan and Edwin and Dorothy Brown and was dedicated in 1980. In 2003 the arena underwent a substantial renovation project and currently serves as the home for the Guilford Quakers basketball and volleyball programs.

Shaw-Cude House is a historic home located near Colfax, Guilford County, North Carolina. It consists of two principal sections: a single-pen, 1+1⁄2-story log structure with an exterior end chimney, probably erected between 1790 and 1800; and the larger 2+1⁄2-story block, of brick construction, probably built about 1809. The house incorporates Late Georgian and Greek Revival style design elements and embodies stylistic elements of Quaker architecture.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Kimrey-Haworth House is a historic home located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built about 1925, and is a two-story, five bay by three bay, frame dwelling in the Renaissance Revival style faced with brick. It has a hipped roof covered by rounded Spanish-style red tiles, a brick chimney, and deep overhanging eaves. The front facade features a one-story wooden segmental arched portico supported by wooden Doric order columns. Also on the property is a contributing complementary garage.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

AHA International School (formerly American Hebrew Academy until 2020) was intended to be an international college-preparatory school located in Greensboro, North Carolina. It was to be open to students of all faiths but was originally founded as a Jewish international school, American Hebrew Academy, the only such school in the world for boarding and day students between 9th and 12th grade. The coeducational school's 100-acre (40 ha) campus was designed by Aaron Green, protégé of renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The school closed in June 2019 but later announced plans to reopen for the 2021–2022 school year.

Deep River Friends Meeting House and Cemetery is a historic Quaker (Society of Friends) meeting house and cemetery located at 5300 W. Wendover Avenue in High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The meeting house was built in 1874–1875, and is a rectangular brick building with Italianate style design elements. Also on the property are the contributing "Uppin' Blocks" (1830), cemetery, school house marker (1932), and first meeting house marker (1934).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

Southwest Guilford High School is a secondary school in High Point, North Carolina, United States established in 1979. It serves grades nine through twelve. The school was recently renovated and expanded to add more class rooms, a media center, and a gymnasium. The new gymnasium is the largest high school gym in Guilford County. The gym is named after long time SW Guilford teacher and coach Jim Coggins.
