Hamelin Laie International School is a private international school located in Montgat, Spain, near Barcelona. The school was founded in 1989 and teaches infant education, primary education, secondary education and baccalaureate. In 2022 it joined the family of private schools North Anglia Education.

Tiana (Catalan pronunciation: [tiˈanə]) is a town situated in the east of the Province of Barcelona (Catalonia) in northeastern Spain, near the Mediterranean Sea. Its people are called tianencs in Catalan, and tianenses in Spanish. The population in 2014 was 8,314.Its total surface is 7.96 km², with a total population density of 1024 habs/km². Its coordinates are 41° 28' N, 2° 16' E. It is 136 m above sea level and 15 km from the capital of the province, Barcelona. It is mainly a suburb of Barcelona, with some wine and cava production and, also, an alternative music festival that took place in the town in 2007, known as Tiana Winter Fest, specially dedicated to Hardcore and Metal Music.

Montgat (Catalan pronunciation: [muŋˈɡat]) is a municipality in the comarca of the Maresme in Catalonia, Spain. It is situated on the coast between Badalona (Barcelonès) and El Masnou, to the north-east of Barcelona. The town is both a tourist centre and a (somewhat exclusive) dormitory town for Barcelona. The C-31 autopista, B-20 autopista, the main N-II road and a Renfe railway line run through the town.

Alella (Catalan pronunciation: [əˈleʎə]) is a village in the comarca of Maresme in Catalonia, Spain. It is situated on the coast on the southwest side of the granite Catalan Coastal Range. The town is known for its wines, cava and perfumes, but is also a commuter town for nearby Barcelona. What used to be the old Roman Road (Via Augusta), uniting Rome and Andalusia, is still today a narrow road running through the village.

Alella is a Spanish Denominación de Origen (DO) (Denominació d'Origen in Catalan) for wines produced in Maresme county in the province of Barcelona in the Spanish autonomous communities of Catalonia, located on the Mediterranean coast, 15 km to the north of the city of Barcelona. It is one of the smallest DOs in Spain as the vineyards have been encroached upon by urban development. At the present time it only covers one third of the area that it covered in 1956 when it was established, despite a territorial extension in 1989.

The El Masnou Municipal Nautical Museum (Catalan: Museu Municipal de Nàutica del Masnou) is a municipally owned museum, the backbone of which is El Masnou’s relationship with the sea. It is part of the Barcelona Provincial Council Local Museum Network, the Maritime Museums of the Catalan Coast Network and the Mediterranean Maritime Museum Association.

The Coll de la Font de Cera is a mountain pass on the BP-5002 road across the Catalan Coastal Range from El Masnou to Granollers. The pass lies between the municipality of Alella, in the comarca of Maresme, and the municipality of Vallromanes, in the comarca of Vallès Oriental. Both municipalities are in the province of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.The pass reaches a height of 274.5 metres (901 ft) above sea level and is in the Parc de la Serralada Litoral.The GR 92 long-distance footpath, which roughly follows the length of the Mediterranean coast of Spain, has a staging point on the pass. Stage 16 links northwards to Coll de Can Bordoi, a distance of 23.0 kilometres (14.3 mi), whilst stage 17 links southwards to Montcada i Reixac, a distance of 16.9 kilometres (10.5 mi).

El Masnou (Catalan for 'the new farmhouse'; pronounced [əl məzˈnɔw]) is a municipality in the province of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It is situated on the coast between Montgat and Premià de Mar, to the north-east of the city of Barcelona, in the comarca (county) of el Maresme. The town is both a tourist centre and a dormitory town in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area. The main N-II road and a Renfe railway line run through the town, while a local road links it with the A-19 autopista at Alella. The town center has buildings in a wide range of styles: neoclassical, modernista, noucentista and simply eclectic. The municipal museum has collections of archeology and of Catalan ceramics, and there is also a private museum of pharmacy and medicine. A Roman village called Cal Ros de les Cabres was one of the first settlements located on the site of the current town. The agriculture of El Masnou is mainly of flowers, especially carnations, and the industry has a predominance of textile, with several industries about ceramics, glass and pharmaceutical products.

Maresme (Catalan pronunciation: [məˈɾɛzmə]) is a comarca (county) located along the Catalan Mediterranean coast in Spain, between the comarques of Barcelonès (at the Southwest) and Selva (at the Northeast), and also bordering with Vallès Oriental (at the west). Its capital and largest city is Mataró (pop. 119,035 in 2007).

Camp del Centenari was a stadium in Badalona, Catalonia, Spain. It was used for football matches and was the home stadium of CF Badalona. The stadium held 10,000 spectators and was demolished in 2015.

Badalona Pompeu Fabra is the name of a Barcelona Metro station in downtown Badalona, a municipality in the metropolitan area of Barcelona, served by metro line L2, and its northern terminus. Saveguarded plans for the extension of L1 also include this station. It's named after Pompeu Fabra, grammarian and political figure. If the project is finally approved, it will be part of L13 as well. Construction started in October 2005 and was initially expected to be opened in 2007 under the working name Badalona Centre. However, the station wouldn't be inaugurated until 2010, due to controlled demolition problems and the discovery of Roman ruins in the area. Its platforms are over 100 m long and 9 m wide.

The Badalona Museum, opened in 1966, hosts the remains of the Roman city of Baetulo. The remains include Roman baths, shops, housing complexes, and part of the cardo maximus and decumanus maximus. Its museum holds a collection of artifacts from its own excavations and objects from other eras relevant to the city.In 2010, the decumanus site, with remains from the Cardo Maximus and the Decumanus Maximus, diverse shops or tavernae, and three insulae, became part of the visit. A permanent exhibition opened that describes the first settlements recorded in Badalona and the history and characteristics of Roman Baetulo. Some of its exhibits are the Venus of Badalona, the Tabula hospitalis, the ceramic vessel Vas de les Naus, the portrait of Agripina. and three Iberian steles.
