Cenkova

Cerkvenjak (pronounced [tsɛɾkʋɛˈnjaːk], German: Kirchberg) is a settlement in the Municipality of Cerkvenjak in northeastern Slovenia. It is the seat of the municipality. It lies in the Slovene Hills (Slovene: Slovenske gorice) in sub-region called Prlekija. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria. The municipality is now included in the Drava Statistical Region. The local parish church is dedicated to Saint Anthony the Hermit and is the seat of the Parish of Sveti Anton v Slovenskih Goricah. It belongs to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Maribor. It was built in 1546 on the site of an earlier building. The actual pastor of Cervenjak is Aleks Kozar.

The area is part of the traditional region of Styria and is now included in the Drava Statistical Region. A small chapel-shrine with a wooden belfry in the settlement was built in the 19th century. Bronze Age and Roman period sites have been identified close to the settlement.

It was first mentioned as Czogendorf in an urbarium from the Archbishopric of Salzburg dating to 1321. It lies on the edge of the Slovene Hills (Slovene: Slovenske gorice) and partly in the Pesnica Valley. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria and is now included in the Drava Statistical Region.

Grabonoški Vrh (pronounced [ɡɾabɔˈnoːʃki ˈʋəɾx]) is a settlement in the Municipality of Cerkvenjak in northeastern Slovenia. It lies in the Slovene Hills (Slovene: Slovenske gorice) east of Cerkvenjak. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria and is now included in the Drava Statistical Region. Two of originally six Roman period burial mounds are still preserved in a nearby forest. Artefacts from the four destroyed in 1954 are kept in the regional museum in Maribor.

Kočki Vrh (pronounced [ˈkoːtʃki ˈʋəɾx]) is a small settlement in the Municipality of Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici in northeastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria and is now included in the Mura Statistical Region.
